isang organikong
compound na
may
empirikal
aldehyde at ketone.
pagpapangkat: monosaccharide, disaccharide, oligosaccharide,
at polysaccharide.
Allergy
Allergy, also known as allergic diseases, are a number of conditions caused
by hypersensitivity of the immune system.[1] They include hay fever, food allergies, atopic
dermatitis, allergic asthma, and anaphylaxis.[2] Symptoms may include red eyes, itchiness, and runny
nose, eczema, hives. Food allergies and reactions to the venom of stinging insects more often result
in severe reactions.[3]Not all reactions or intolerances are forms of allergy.[4]
Cholera
Cholera is an infection of the intestine by the bacterium Vibrio cholerae. Symptoms may range from
none, to mild, to severe.[1]The classic symptom is large amounts of watery diarrhea that lasts a few
days.[2] Vomiting and muscle cramps may also occur.[1] Diarrhea can be so severe that it leads within
hours to severe dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.[2] This may result in sunken eyes, cold skin,
decreased skin elasticity, and wrinkling of the hands and feet. [3] The dehydration may result in the skin
turning bluish.[4] Symptoms start two hours to five days after exposure.[1]
Malaria
Malaria is a mosquito-borne infectious disease of humans and other animals caused by
parasitic protozoans (a group of single-celledmicroorganism) belonging to the genus Plasmodium.
[1]
Malaria causes symptoms that typically include fever, fatigue, vomiting andheadaches. In severe
cases it can cause yellow skin, seizures, coma or death.[2] The disease is transmitted by the biting of
mosquitos, and the symptoms usually begin ten to fifteen days after being bitten. If not appropriately
treated, people may have recurrences of the disease months later.[1] In those who have recently
survived an infection, re-infection typically causes milder symptoms. This partialresistance disappears
over months to years if the person has no continuing exposure to malaria .[2]
Typhiod
Typhoid fever, also known simply as typhoid, is a symptomatic bacterial infection due
to Salmonella typhi.[1] Symptoms may vary from mild to severe and usually begin six to thirty days
after exposure.[2][3] Often there is a gradual onset of a high fever over several days.
[2]
Weakness, abdominal pain, constipation, and headaches also commonly occur.[3][4] Diarrhea and
vomiting are uncommon.[4]Some people develop a skin rash with rose colored spots.[3] In severe
cases there may be confusion. [4] Without treatment symptoms may last weeks or months. [3] Other
people may carry the bacteria without being affected; however, they are still able to spread the
disease to others.[5] Typhoid fever is a type of enteric fever along with paratyphoid fever.[1]

Ringworm
Ringworm is a clinical condition caused by fungal infection of the skin in humans, pets such
as cats, and domesticated animals such as sheep and cattle. The term "ringworm", commonly used
to refer to such infections, is a misnomer, since the condition is caused by fungi of several different
species and not by parasitic worms. The fungi that cause parasitic infection(dermatophytes) feed
on keratin, the material found in the outer layer of skin, hair, and nails. These fungi thrive on warm
and moist skin, but may also survive directly on the outsides of hair shafts or in their interiors. In pets,
the fungus responsible for the disease survives in skin and on the outer surface of hairs.
Scabies
Scabies, known as the seven-year itch, is a contagious skin infestation.[1] When first infected,
usually two to six weeks are required before symptoms occur. The most common symptoms are
severe itchiness and a rash. This may affect most of the body or just certain areas such as between
the fingers, at the wrist, and at the waist. While the head may be affected in young children it is
typically not affected in older children or adults. The itch is often worse at night. The rash typically
looks like pimples. Occasionally tiny burrows may be seen on the skin. If a person develops a second
infection symptoms may start within a day. Scratching may cause skin breakdown and an additional
bacterial infection of the skin.[2]
Masaya ako at
