Fill the water bath with water upto the level and open water supplies.
Plug in three plugs to the power supply.
Switch on three plugs.
After automatic adjusting of flask holder take out the sample holding flask.
Pour desired extract and fix it to the machine.
5) Check the valve and all the connections and turn off the valve.
6) Set temperature and switch on heater.
7) Adjust flask holder manually with up down lever.
8) Set the rpm.
9) Start vacuum.
10) After completion of procedure switch off the vacuum pump.
11) Switch off heater,
12) Switch off rpm knob adjust the flask holder at highest point and switch off all power
supplies.
13) Release vacuum pressure manually by opening screw cap and them glass valve.
14) Take time to cool down the whole system.
15) Take out the sample holding flask.
16) Take out the solvent holding flask.
Steps of operation:
1) At first make sure that the green button (i.e. electrical supply) is switched off. (major
precaution). (

2) Open the oven door gently but with little force.
3) Then put the glass wares to be dried, in the oven.
4) Close the oven door with force and make sure that it is completely locked.
5) Switch on the main electrical supply.
6) Turn on the machine by pressing the green button.
7) The machine starts running and shows present temperature on the display box.
8) Temperature will rise up to the previously set value.
9) To set new temperature (max 200C) press the small white button denoting
with blue
P
ink and then adjust the required temperature by pressing

10) This newly set temperature is shown on the display box for some seconds. Then the
present temperature is automatically displayed.
11) Display box shows gradual rising of temperature.
12) After achieving the required temperature and keeping it for desired time, turn off the
oven by pressing the green button.
13) Then switch off the main electrical connection.
14) If hot glassware is needed then must wear gloves and take out, otherwise wait to cool
the oven.
Pull up the lip and put in the samples to be reacted and close the lid.
Switch the power on. The Thermal Cycle will beep twice.
After self testing is done, press F1 to see the file.
Set the user name (e.g. here we use to run file no. 3)
Press F5 to run.
Enter PCR sample volume (e.g. here we use to take 50 l)
Then it starts running.

When the run ends, the system will specify FILE RUN OVER.
Press Stop: The message CONFIRM STOP RUNNING appears.
Select stop.
After some time, switch off the power.
Take out the PCR products carefully.
