STRESS-FREE LIVING THE JESUS WAY

Joh 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that
they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly (from 4012 (in the sense
of beyond); superabundant (in quantity) or superior (in quality); by implication,
excessive; adverbially (with 1537) violently; neuter (as noun) preeminence:--exceeding
abundantly above, more abundantly, advantage, exceedingly, very highly, beyond
measure, more, superfluous, vehement(-ly).).
Mt 6:24-34
Why you should not worry: 24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one,
and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God
and mammon. 25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat,
or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than
meat, and the body than raiment?
The Principles-power of ENVIRONMENT: 26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not,
neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not
much better than they? 27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his
stature? 28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they
grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: 29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all
his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the
field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you,
O ye of little faith? 31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall
we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye
have need of all these things. 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness;
and all these things shall be added unto you. 34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for
the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil
thereof.
Who you serve determines what occupies the centre of your life. Who is Lord of your
life? Answer to this question determines if you can manifest the abundant life. Do
you exalt and love the transient things of this life more than Christ who died for you?

We were not made for material things. Material things are there for us to enjoy, not to
worship.
You are essentially a spirit being and just like cars are made to run on petrol, your
spirit was created to thrive and move and be filled with nothing less than GOD.
Beyond that there can be no satisfaction no matter how rich you get materially.
Joh 4:13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall
thirst again: 14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never
thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up
into everlasting life.
WHAT IS YOUR NATURAL ENVIRONMENT AS A CHRISTIAN? KINGDOM
PRINCIPLES FOR GROWTH AND STABILITY
In Him we live
Act 17:28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your
own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.
Psa 92:12 The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in
Lebanon.
Psa 92:13 Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts
of our God.
Psa 92:14

They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and

flourishing;
Psa 92:15 To shew that the LORD [is] upright: [he is] my rock, and [there is] no
unrighteousness in him.
What value do you place on yourself? How do you value yourself? What is your real value?

Your answer to the above determines what you give your life and mind to.

Reason why people cannot see beyond their material needs and therefore serve
mammon for material success.

They cannot see the immense potential God has placed in them and they cannot see
the high price God paid to redeem them. So they are limited in outlook, vision to this
world food, drink, clothing, etc. 1 Pet. 1: 18.

If you can view yourself as God views you, you will have no problem trusting God
for these things.

Vs 25. The life you have is not just the natural life with all its potential of gifts, talents, etc.
you must value yourself based on the abundant life (a life of superior quality, Gods kind of
life) in you. Made of divine material (genes, 1 Pet. 1: 23), partakers of the divine nature.
This life is certainly of more value than meat and raiment
If you have this, all other things are of lower valuation. Romans 8:32
Therefore should not be a source of worry
Worry
Anxiety arising from cares and troubles, Old English wyrgan "to strangle,", "harass by rough
or severe treatment" (1550s), as of dogs or wolves attacking sheep. Meaning "to cause mental
distress or trouble" is attested from 1822; intransitive sense of "to feel anxiety or mental
trouble" is first recorded 1860.
Mr 4:19 And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other
things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful. {lusts: or, inordinate desires}
Lu 8:14 And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth,
and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to
perfection.
Lu 21:34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with
surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.
(KJV)
Anxious
Anxious (adj.) 1620s, from Latin anxius "solicitous, uneasy, troubled in mind" (also "causing
anxiety, troublesome"), from angere, anguere "choke, squeeze," figuratively "torment, cause
distress" (see anger (v.)). The same image is in Serbo-Croatian tjeskoba "anxiety," literally
"tightness, narrowness." Related: Anxiously; anxiousness.
Stress
Stress comes from the demands and pressures we experience each day. Long lines at the
grocery store, rush hour traffic, a phone ringing nonstop, or a chronic illness are all examples
of things that can cause stress on a daily basis. When worries and anxiety become excessive,
chances are youll trigger the stress response. (From WebMD)

If jesus is not the centre, everything will fall apart..for by Him all things hold together
Col 1:17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
Col 1:17

God's Son was before all else, and by him everything is held together.

Luk 11:23 He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me
scattereth.
Luk 11:23 Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me
scatters.[ESV]

The Wise and Foolish Builders
Mat 7:24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken
him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
Mat 7:25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon
that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
Mat 7:26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be
likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:
Mat 7:27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon
that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
Plantings of the Lord
Psa 1:1 Blessed [is] the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in
the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
Psa 1:2 But his delight [is] in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and
night.
Psa 1:3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit
in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

Psa 1:4 The ungodly [are] not so: but [are] like the chaff which the wind driveth away.
Psa 1:5

Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the

congregation of the righteous.

Psa 1:6 For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall
perish.
Place of Prayer
Joh 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall
be done unto you.
'The glory of the Lord filled the house of the Lord.' 1 Kings 8:11
Only when the ark of the covenant was brought into the temple and set in its rightful position,
which was the central place, did God's glory fill the temple. 'Then the priests brought in the
ark of the covenant of the Lord to its place...[And] the cloud filled the house of the Lord, so
that the priests could not continue ministering because of the cloud; for the glory of the Lord
filled the house of the Lord' (vv. 6, 10-11 NKJV). There's a lesson here for all of us,
particularly those in church leadership. Christ alone must have centre stage!

PART TWO
Environment for Miracle Living
Joh 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it
shall be done unto you.
Joh 15:8 Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.
Pro 28:9 He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer [shall be]
abomination.
Same as Mathew 6:33. Seek ye first the kingdom of God and ALL THESE THINGS
(WE HAVE FOLLOWED THE ALL THESE THINGS AND FORGOTTEN THE SEEK
YE FIRST)

YOU CANNOT REPLACE OBEDIENCE TO THE WRITTEN AND SPOKEN WORD

WITH MUCH PRAYER, FASTING, SCREAMING, ALL NIGHTS, SACRIFICES, ETC.

TRUST AND OBEY. TO OBEY IS BETTER THAN SACRIFICE

HOW YOU TREAT THE WORD DETERMINES HOW YOUR PRAYERS ARE
ANSWERED AND THE GENERAL OUTCOME OF YOUR LIFE.

Deu 28:1 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the
LORD thy God, to observe [and] to do all his commandments which I command thee this
day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:
Deu 28:2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken
unto the voice of the LORD thy God.
Deu 28:3 Blessed [shalt] thou [be] in the city, and blessed [shalt] thou [be] in the field.
Deu 28:4 Blessed [shall be] the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of
thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.
Deu 28:5 Blessed [shall be] thy basket and thy store.
Deu 28:6 Blessed [shalt] thou [be] when thou comest in, and blessed [shalt] thou [be] when
thou goest out.
Deu 28:7 The LORD shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before
thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.
Deu 28:8 The LORD shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all
that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God
giveth thee.
Hearken to hear and obey
No need to pray some prayers.
Money? Pay your tithes, learn to give, sow and reap, wage war with your finances by giving
to the poor. Give to spread the gospel, etc.
