COUNSELING FOR ADMISSION: UPSEE-2015
Information for admission to various courses in affiliated Institutes of UPTU, Lucknow and the
Universities and Institutions permitted by Govt. of U.P. through Counseling of State Entrance Exam
(UPSEE-2015)
Documents required for verification at any one of the verification centers ( List of verification
Centres is available on University website www.upsee.nic.in)
A. Candidate should report to the center with the following documents in original & their photocopies:
1) Admit Card,
2) Marks sheet of qualifying exam and High School certificate,
3) Following certificates on format given in the brochure of UPSEE-2015:
Undertaking of medical fitness,
As per eligibility, category certificate issued by designated authority on prescribed format only
for: (a) SC/ST/OBC #,
(b) Physically handicapped(UPHC), (c) Armed forces (UPAF), (d)
Freedom fighters (UPFF), (e)Rural Weightage (f) Income certificate (economically weaker
only) (g) Certificate for your claim under GDDA category (h) Domicile certificate, if required
(i) Character certificate #OBC Certificate to be issued on or after 1st April, 2015
B. Deposit an account payee bank draft of Rs. 500.00 as counseling fee (non-refundable) drawn in favour
of Finance Officer, UPTU, Lucknow payable at Lucknow.
