INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this manual is to protect the
physical and mental welfare of students, teachers,
staff and parents generally to incidents that may
occur inside and outside of schools, such as
accidents, climatological and antisocial behavior
contingencies disrupt peace education
community. Security is simply in the realm of
school what is the complex meaning of the term
security. It involves not only the feeling or state of
tranquility, but also prevention and how to
handle any crisis situation.
The true secret prevention safety, which is
obtained through the education and training of
the same criteria, that is not despising possibility

become a matter of importance for home
educators and students citizens, which becomes

Education levels that give less importance to school safety is the basic level of education
which are secondary and primary this occurs more often in private schools than in public
schools. What most people do not know that there is school safety or those who know not
everyone apply.
In institutions lack the communication between students and teachers about school safety
or do not provide the correct information about school safety why there is so much abuse
in schools as students rappers who force their teammates to do their homework.
ADVANTAGES OF SCHOOL SAFETT
The benefits of school safety is the penalty or the state of tranquility, but also prevention
and how to handle any crisis. Also a plus of serious school safety for students working or
studying better and so can do better as teachers would have better performance and all
work better. To have a good school safety must also poten- tially ignoring the safety
signal.
Students feel safer knowing that there is someone to protect them from risks such as theft
or other things and have a better coexistence between students

How to have a good school safety?


To have a good school safety must according to poten- tially signal
or obey what they say prefects or teachers it helps to have good
security inside or outside the institution where you are.
There are many different types of safety rules of the school. There
are rules for safety in the corridor (no running or pushing another
student), safety in the classroom (do not look out the windows or
get to desktops) and in the yard. There are also rules for particular
classes, and science labs or art classes. There are also safety rules of
the school to handle fires, bus accidents, natural disasters and
school violence.
Many of the new security rules at school were developed in
response to school violence. Some schools, especially those in large
cities, are using metal detectors to prevent students carry weapons
to school and are working with local police departments to enforce
school rules on violence.
Factors influencing,
The location of the school and the size of the student population
contribute to the same types of security standards used by the
institution. For example, a school in a rural area with a total
population of 300 students can not impose the same safety
standards that a school in a town with 3,000 students. The behavior
and needs of students can also cause varying standards considered
necessary. For example, a school where students have a history of
dangerous behavior will have much more stringent safety

standards. Age also matters: school safety standards in high school


are often very different from those prevailing in a primary school.
School safety has become an issue of major importance to
educators, students and citizens; which is necessary since the
shocking series of attacks with firearms in schools. Although
recently published studies showing significant declines in key types
of school violence. In this emotionally charged atmosphere, the
school administrators should strive to achieve their true needs of
school safety without wasting scarce resources on measures that
may not have any positive result.
HOW SERIOUS IS THE PROBLEM?

CONCLUSIONES

HOW CAN EVALUATE YOUR NEEDS SCHOOLS SECURITY?


Periodic, routine safety assessments can provide an objective
review "without the" negative "attitude that often occurs before
a serious incident and the reaction of hysteria that typically
follows after the crisis,
To focus safety efforts on those points where it is most needed, it
is advisable to make an analysis of school crime data and can
identify patterns in the types of crimes, locations and offenders.
Surveys of parents, staff and students can yield information about
unreported crimes and other problem behaviors.
AS CAN BE CHANGED ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIOR TO MAKE
SCHOOLS SAFER PLACES?
Identify potentially violent students and intervene before serious
problems erupt, it has become a high priority.
Managers school officials should encourage staff to form positive
relationships with students. "Research shows that a positive
relationship with an adult who is able to provide support when
needed is one of the most important factors in preventing student
violence

Purpose:
The course ENGLISH 3 proposes that we expose students an ideal
theme that is based on the situations that currently affect our region
and become part of our school union.

THEMES:
BULLYING

The sequence of work will help us to visualize the theme we have


taken as reference and resolving situations in which we are involved
and that as human beings we need to help solve.

INTRODUCTION
Our work is based on the experiences of people (students), in which we
have focused to understand why? the problem, and BULLYING Bullying or
culaes are the solutions that we can present to help all who have a
problem.
We must take into account that there are issues on which we must focus
to offer propuesrtas in which we decide to do and how to implement a
sisitema help anyone who needs it.

JUSTIFICATION
The rationale for this project is as follows:
Our main rationale is that we want to help those students who are
BULLYING and they themselves take the initiative to solve all those
problems that arise and help others who need it.

WORK
Bullying is bullying or teasing, criticizing or hurting our comrades;
whether verbal, physical or psychological, wanting to ridicule. The most
"harmless" critical, steal lunch or hit someone, it is just as serious.
Every day I realize the serious problem in which we are all involved, it
seems to me that bullying is a form of social relations exist in a culture
that is and always has been, not only among the youth but also among
adults. Harassment is a form generated by the desire for power, one for
mastery and domination of the other.
It seems unbearable in school life, but it's part of the relationship
between young people grouped in bands, groups or gangs and always
against the external, against the other, against the owner of his time, his
other spaces, their dignities offend the offender, who can not tolerate the
confrontation that challenges the arrogance of leader or his claim to
leadership, I personally believe it even in its microcosm, are part of the
class struggle, the struggle for power, the history of these life forms.
The aim of the practice of bullying is to intimidate, belittle, reduce,
submit, flattening, intimidate and consuming, emotionally and
intellectually, to the victim, in order to obtain a favorable outcome for
those who harass or meet an urgent need to dominate, subjugate , attack,
and destroy others who may have stalkers as a predominant pattern of
social relationships with others.
Harassment is the aggressor in physical or psychological actions manifest
disregard, disrespect and disregard for the victim.
The hatred, cruelty, ridicule and contempt are gestural manifestation of
this scale.
The attacker gathers those bullying behaviors that the victim intended to
perform actions against their will. Through these behaviors young

harassers seek to exercise total control and complete submission to his


will.
Sometimes the young developing other harassment behaviors sought by
the method of "trial and error" to get the recognition and attention of
others, of lacking, leading to learning a relationship model based on
exclusion and contempt for others.
Very often the young person who harasses another partner usually
quickly surrounded by a band or group of stalkers that add unanimously
and gregarious behavior of harassment against the victim way.
This is due to the lack of an external authority (eg, teacher, family
member, etc.) to impose limits on such conduct, projecting an image of
the main stalker leader over other peer supporters. Often violence is a
socially channeled, materializing into a mechanism for the larger society.
Observed episodes every day reveal attitudes, habits, individual skills in
these approaches, pride, may be resistance to it, or submission, eye
contact face to face, challenges and verbal responses of acceptance of the
challenge, neutralizing it and especially evasion, physical contact
approach and separation and then fights melee blows or keys of struggle:
hugs, hangings, sprained limbs to cause injury to varying degrees,
sometimes the victim calls for peace or flees, in others it is attacked to
unconsciousness and then hit kicked by one or more of the assailants

Bullying today is more common than we think, even some of us have been
victims or to participate. It's time to halt. Ridiculing others is something
that brings serious and grave consequences not imagine. We've heard the
saying "TREAT OTHERS AS YOU WANT YOU TO TRY IT" it is time to put
them into practice in our daily lives with simple tips like:

TAKE THE INITIATIVE AND GIVES A GOOD EXAMPLE.


Try to maintain a safe and accepting environment, try not to ridicule or
criticize others, to create an environment to all concerned.
IF YOU GO SPEAR, TALK TO THEM.
If you know someone who is constantly criticizing his colleagues try to
talk to him or her and let her notice that their actions have serious
consequences.
NOT STAY WITH ARMS CROSSED, HELP!
If you notice that someone is a victim offer your help as they often believe
that they do not mess not to blame but it is not, the seer and do nothing is
also to blame. Become his friend, listen, support him, and help him to get
close to others so they can advise you better.
IF YOU GO, do not let your HEAD!
If you are a victim I suggest you keep your head up. Above all remember
that it is important to talk about your situation who would you have more
confidence. Keep in mind that anyone who made you, looking for ways to
crush others to feel better about yourself. And finally raises his voice, so
you can help you avoid falling into that and help those who are already
inside.
CONCLUSION
Suffering from BULLYING is not an option for taking nor any alternative.
All proposals that have taken on this project and that we must implement
to maintain and promote an environment under all alternatives and
suggest you speak and give a solution to a problem they have.
