Details
The supplier offered 4620 pieces against of booking form quantity 7390 pieces. Short by 2770 pieces
(37.48%)
During inspection color RED front zipper puller found paint pill off, out of 42 pieces inspected 15 pieces were
found paint pill off. .(Refer to Photo#51-52)
Color: Shade variation was observed against pc to pc.
For color Wild Dove: Out of 54 pieces inspected 10 pieces were found lighter in shade with iso grey scale
rating 3-4.(Refer to Photo#53)
During inspection we checked embroidery placement provided pattern by supplier. (Refer to Photo#54-58)
CNC label attached position checked with bulk goods. (Refer to Photo#60-61)
Inspection was carried out based on P.O. sheet, Measurement spec. sheet & packing approval papers
provided by client and PP sample taken from factory.
Factory provided PP sample found without approved tag.
03 pieces (shade variation sample-02 pcs + Paint pill off zipper sample-01 pcs) were sealed by MTS gum
tapes and handover to factory for client evaluation. .(Refer to Photo#74)
Attachment: Hand written measurement sheet.
Conclusion
According to the reference documents, the inspection findings do not comply with acceptance
criteria. It is concluded that the shipment is considered as non-conformance with clients
requirement.
