Aal e Yaasin Scientific Jihad

Say thou: whosoever is an enemy unto Jibril, ----then verily he it is Who hath brought
down this Revelation, by Allah's command, to thine heart, confirming that which
)went before, and a guidance and glad tidings unto the believers.(97
Whosoever is an enemy unto Allah and His angels and His apostles and Jibril and
)Mikail, then verily Allah is an enemy unto the infidels.(98
And assuredly We have sent down Unto thee evident signs, and none shall
)disbelieve therein save the transgressors.(99
Is it that whenever they enter into a covenant some party among them cast it
)aside? Aye! most of them even believe not.(100

And whenever there came unto them an apostle from Allah confessing to that which
was with them, a Party among those who were vouchsafed the Book, cast Allah's
Book behind their backs as though they knew not.(101)
And they follow that which the Satans recited in the reign of Sulaiman; and
Sulaiman blasphemed not, but the Satans blasphemed.; teaching people magic; and
they follow that also which was sent down unto the two angels in Babil, Harut, and
Marut. Unto none the twain taught it until they had said: We are but a temptation,
so blaspheme not; but they learned from the twain that wherewith they might
separate man from his wife; and they could harm none thereby save by Allah's will.
And they have learnt that which harmeth them, and profiteth them not; and
assuredly they know that whosoever purchaseth it, his is no portion in the Hereafter.
And surely vile is the price for which they have bartered themselves, if they but
knew!(102)
And had they believed and feared, surely better had been the reward from before
Allah, if they but knew!(103)
O O Ye who believe! say not: Ra'ina, but say: Unzurna, and hearken; and unto the
infidel shall be a torment afflictive.(104)
Fain would they who disbelieve, be they of the people of the Book or of the
associators, that naught of good should be sent down unto you from Your Lord;
whereas Allah singleth out for His mercy whomsoever He will and Allah is the Lord of
mighty grace.(105)

1) About Say thou: whosoever is an enemy unto Jibril, ----then verily he it is

Who hath brought down this Revelation, by Allah's command, to thine heart,
confirming that which went before, and a guidance and glad tidings unto the
believers.(97)Whosoever is an enemy unto Allah and His angels and His
apostles and Jibril and Mikail, then verily Allah is an enemy unto the infidels.
(98) Hasan ibn Ali Al Askari said: The reason why this ayah was sent, is the
malicious speeches that the enemies of God such as the Judes and the
Nasibis would say about Michael, Gabriel and the other angels. The reason
why the Nasibis were so hostile toward the angels is that whenever the
prophet would praise Ali Ibn Abu Talibs virtues he would say: Gabriel told me
this. He would sometimes say: Gabriel moves at the right side of Ali, Michael
at his left side, Israfil at the back and Azrael at the front. Gabriel brags to
Michael about his position and Michael brags to Israfil and Azrael just as the

right-side maids of honor of a king were proud. He would also say: The
noblest angel for God is the one who praises Ali Ibn Abu Talib more. Their
phrase to which they swear is: I swear to one who made Ali Ibn Abu Talib the
most superior after Muhammad. They (angels) are so eager of seeing Ali just
as a kind mother is eager of seeing her righteous children. It was by hearing
these phrases that the Nasibis would say: Until when does Muhammad want
to quote things from Gabriel, Michael and the other angels in praise of Ali Ibn
abu Talib? Until when does God pay attention only to Ali Ibn Abu Talib? We
hate that God, that Gabriel, that Michael and those angels who like only Ali
Ibn Abu Talib the most after Muhammad. We hate all those prophets who
consider Ali Ibn Abu Talib the most superior after Muhammad. The Judes,
enemies of God, were in another situation: When Muhammad migrated to
Medina, the Judes went to Abdullah Ibn Suria and brought him to Muhammad.
He asked the prophet: How your sleep is? Because we have heard some
stories about sleeping of the last prophet. He replied: My eyes are closed but
my heart is open and awake. Abdullah Ibn Suria said: You are right! Do you
know if the born baby is mostly from his father or his mother? The prophet
replied: His bones, nerves and vessels are from his father and his muscles,
blood and hair are from his mother. Abdullah: You are right. Why resemblance
of a baby is mostly like the brothers of his father not the brothers of his
mother, though another baby is mostly like the brothers of his mother not his
father? Muhammad: The baby would look like the family of the one whose
liquid is dominant at the time when the germ is formed. Abdullah: You are
right. Why one is sterile while the other is fertile? Muhammad: If a germ is
reddish, it is rotten and unproductive. If it is clear and bright, it is productive.
Abdullah: You are right! What your god is like? At this very moment Surat AlIkhlas was sent: Say: He is Allah, the One and Only!(1) Allah, the Eternal,
Absolute; (2) He begetteth not, nor is He begotten.(3) And there is none like
unto Him.(4) Ibn Suria said: You are right Muhammad. One question remains
to which if you answer I will believe in you and accept your speeches. Which
of the angels brings you the messages? Muhammad said: Gabriel! Ibn Suria
said: Our enemy he is! It is him who causes us the wars and the difficulties
and the death. The one who brings the bliss and the blessings is Michael. If
Michael was your angel we would all believe in you! Because he is the one
who assures remaining of our luck and fortune. Though Gabriel has always
caused us failure and damage. Our enemy he is! At this moment, Salman the
Persian asked Abdullah Ibn Suria: How has his enmity become explicit to you?
Ibn Suria said: Salman! He has acted against us in many cases. One of the
times he really caused a big loss to us is when God had informed Israelite
prophets that Jerusalem would be destroyed by a man called
Nebuchadnezzar. We knew when he wants to destroy the city. Gods makes
things happen successively and annihilates what he wants or makes it
remain. As soon as the news spread, the grandees of Israel gathered. After
discussing they chose a strong, venerable and wise man called Daniel, who

was a prophet, to assassinate Nebuchadnezzar. They gave him a considerable

amount of money to spend for his plans. When he arrived in Babylon, he
found a very poor and weak little boy who was Nebuchadnezzar. As he
wanted to kill him, Gabriel came and said to Daniel: If this boy is the one of
who God has informed, you cannot overcome him and kill him. Then why are
you going to kill him? Daniel listened to Gabriel and changed his mind and
tuned back to Jerusalem and reported what happened. That poor and wick
boy became gradually powerful later and sat on the throne of Babylon. He
went to war against us and destroyed Jerusalem. That is why we consider
Gabriel as an enemy. Michael is enemy of Gabriel and our friend. Salman said:
O Ibn Suria! This belief has made you astray. By holy books and the prophets,
your fathers had found out that Nebuchadnezzar would sit on the throne and
destroy Jerusalem. Had not they? Was their intention to reject Gods speech
and the news of the prophets or to overcome Gods will? Did not they become
disbeliever by doing such a thing? How could you be enemy of Gabriel who
had just opposed overcoming Gods will? Ibn Suria said: God had informed
the prophets of Nebuchadnezzar but he annihilates what he wants or makes
it remain. Salman said: So you should not trust Torah nor obey its
commandments! Because God might prove some verses and perish the other
ones! He might have deposed Moses and Aaron from prophecy and anything
you have learnt from them might be wrong! You cannot trust any speech from
God finally. You have misunderstood God annihilates what he wants or
makes it remain. That is why you disbelieve God and reject his oracular
news. Salman continued: I believe that enemy of Gabriel is enemy of Michael
as well. They both like the friend of each other and hate their enemies. At this
moment God sent Ayah 97 and 98 to confirm Salman: Say: Whoever is an
enemy to Gabriel-for he brings down the (revelation) to thy heart by Allah's
will, a confirmation of what went before, and guidance and glad tidings for
those who believe,-(97) Whoever is an enemy to Allah and His angels and
messengers, to Gabriel and Michael,- Lo! Allah is an enemy to those who
reject Faith.(98) He sent ayah 97 to confirm Salmans speech, to support
the friends of God, to oppose enemies of God and to praise Ali Ibn Abu Talib.
Ayah 98 means that Gabriel, with permission of God, brought Quran to
Muhammads heart to confirm the previous holy books and to guide the
believers toward Muhammads prophecy and Ali Ibn Abu Talibs leadership
and the successor Imams who are verily the friends of God, if they believe in
Muhammad and Ali till their death. Then Muhammad said to Salman: God
verily confirmed you and your opinion. Gabriel told me something from God:
Salman the Persian and Miqdad ibn Aswad are your true and pure brothers.
Among your friends, they are like Gabriel and Michael among the angels.
They are enemy of anyone opposes Michael and Gabriel and friend of anyone
who confirms Muhammad and Ali Ibn Abu Talib. If all the people liked Salman
and Miqdad as the angels like each other and just because of being friend

with Muhammad and Ali and enemy of their enemies, God would not torment
anyone.
(Ihtijaj Tabresi, Jafaris Translation p82)

2) About Is it that whenever they enter into a covenant some party among
them cast it aside? Aye! most of them even believe not Hasan ibn Ali Al
Askari said: Muhammad al-Baqir said: God in this ayah blames some Judes
whose story was told in the previous ayahs and some Nasibis who broke their
covenant. Whenever they covenanted with God to be obedient to Muhammad
and Ali Ibn Abu Talib and stay faithful and patient, some of them broke their
covenant. God says most of them will not believe and will not become
repentant by seeing the signs and the miracles. The prophet said: O people!
Be pious and obedient in my way. Beware of not being deceived by your past
prayers and fasts. It is only being faithful to your covenant from which you
benefit. If you remain faithful, you will be treated faithfully and affectionately.
Anyone who breaks his covenant will make a big loss. God is very vindictive
and your actions will be disclosed at last. This is the will which the prophet
made for his friends when he went to the cave. " (Ihtijajat, Translation of the
4th Volume of Bihar-ul-Anvar, Khosravi's Translation, 1st Volume, p322)

3) About the interpretation of And they follow that which the Satans recited in
the reign of Sulaiman; and Sulaiman blasphemed not Hasan ibn Ali Al Askari
quoted from Ja'far al-Sadiq: The blasphemous satans, would do witchcrafts
and enchant land of Solomon. They would follow those occults and think that
Solomon was controlling the land with spells and occults. They wanted to
control the people by those occults. They said: Solomon was a very skilled
occultist and had sat on the throne with his occults. God rejected them and
said Sulaiman blasphemed not and would not use occults as they say but
the Satans blasphemed; teaching people magic They would attribute the
power of Solomon and Harut and Marut to magic. After Noah, the magicians
and cheaters became so numerous. So God sent two angels (Harut and
Marut) to the contemporary prophet. God told them to teach that prophet
magic and how to nullify the occults. He learnt them and taught them to
people and ordered Harut and Marut to support the people and resist the
occultists who do magic on people. As if someone gives a person venom and
antidote as well. But neither of these taught anyone (Such things) without
saying: "We are only for trial; so do not blaspheme." It means do not
blaspheme by doing occults. That prophet ordered Harut and Marut to appear
as a human and teach people what God has taught them. God says: They

would teach people magic and how to nullify the occults only if they had told
them before: We are here to test the people so that they obey God by their
knowledge and nullify the spells of the occultists. So do not harm the people
by this knowledge. Do not blaspheme by making people follow you by
claiming that you have the power to vivify the dead or to take a soul or the
things that only God has the power. God says: The occultists would make the
couples separate by the knowledge which they would learn from the satans of
the land of Solomon or Harut and Marut in Babylon. They would use cunning
and ruse like saying that something is buried somewhere or someone has
done something in order to make a man love a strange woman or to make a
woman love a strange man so that the families be destroyed. Then God says:
But they could not thus harm anyone except by Allah's permission. It
means those occultists harm people only if God permits them. That is to say
God knows that they do and lets them be free because he could stop them by
force if he wanted. Then he says And they learned what harmed them, not
what profited them Because when they learnt something in order to achieve
what they want by doing witchcraft on people, they have actually learnt
something which has harmed their religion and has not had any profit in their
religion. They leave the religion by doing this. Those people knew that
anyone who sells his religion to these things will not have anything in that
World. Then God says: A very bad trade they did (that they put themselves in
the damned group). If only they had known what a great thing (the Heaven)
they abandoned. Because the ones who learnt this magic were the people
who had not believed in the prophecy, God and Judgment. Thus God says:
And they knew that the buyers of (magic) would have no share in the
happiness of the Hereafter. Because they believed that there is no Judgment
at all. That is to say that they believed if there is not any Judgment therefore
they would not achieve anything in that World and if there is a Judgment they
would not have anything there because of their actions and unbelief. Then he
said: And vile was the price for which they did sell their souls They sold
themselves for the torment because they sold this World for that World and
threw themselves in the eternal torment. if they but knew! If they knew for
what a torment they sold themselves. But they do not know this because
they are unbelievers. When they did not see the signs of God to become
conscious, God tormented them because of their wrong beliefs and denying
the truth. (Oyoun Akhbar-er-Ridha, Sheykh Saduq, Ghaffari and Mostafids
translation, 1st Volume, p547)

4) Ja'far al-Sadiq after mentioning some deadly sins, describes them as such:
and magic. Because God says: And they knew that the buyers of (magic)

would have no share in the happiness of the Hereafter.

th
Yahzarahu al-Faqih, Sheykh Saduq, Ghaffaris translation, 5 volume, p284)

5) Musa al-Kadhim said: Ra'ina was the phrase by which the Muslims would call
the prophet. It means: please take us into account and listen to us so that we
listen to you. But in the Judes language means as a swear word. When the
Judes saw the Muslims calling the prophet by this phrase they said: We used
to insult him secretly. Lets insult him now in public. From that point on when
they would see the prophet they would say Ra'ina with intention to insult.
God sent this ayah: Among the Jews are those who distort words from their
[proper] usages and say, "We hear and disobey" and "Hear but be not heard"
and "Ra'ina," twisting their tongues and defaming the religion. And if they
had said [instead], "We hear and obey" and "Wait for us [to understand]," it
would have been better for them and more suitable. But Allah has cursed
them for their disbelief, so they believe not, except for a few. (An-Nisa:46)
And this ayah: O you who have believed, say not [to Allah 's Messenger],
"Ra'ina" but say, "Unthurna" and listen. And for the disbelievers is a painful
punishment.(Al-Baqarah:104) (Ihtijajat, Translation of the 4 th Volume of
Bihar-ul-Anvar, Khosravi's Translation, 1st Volume, p324)
