Jake has a creative side that definitely helps in brainstorming ideas. His creativity
helps the team come up with new ways to look at ideas and think outside the box.

Jake could bring leadership when it will come to prototyping the device. More
teamwork would be needed when building the actual device and a leader who will
make sure tasks will get done on time will help in the process.

Sam has natural talent for leadership and organization. Shes great at note keeping
and getting tasks done on time. These skills are the glue that keeps this project
together.

Sam could bring more technical suggestions into the project. Although her leadership skills
are outstanding a different point of view towards the technical specifications of the device
could facilitate the team in figuring out the prototyping phase of the project.

Chase has natural talent for communicating effectively and great people skills. Hes
has immense knowledge about the human nervous system that helped in
determining what areas of the body we should focus on for Mr. Taft.

Chase could bring more leadership into the project. He could be a great leader in
organizing the prototyping portion of the project and keep everyone on task throughout
the semester.

Andy has natural technical abilities that rival no other. He has immense knowledge
in computing hardware and software and brought great ideas during the concept
generation phase of the project. These skills will undoubtedly help the team in
pushing forward in the prototyping phase.

contributions would impact the project
Andy could bring more leadership skills into the project. Although his technical skills are
essential to building the prototype, he cant do everything alone. Thus, he should take lead
into having others help him with parts of the project that require research.
