Late Work and Make-Up Policy:

Late work will be accepted up to the end of the grading phase for half
credit, or beyond that for 25% credit. All course work must be handed
in. Students with excused absences are responsible for arranging to
make up missed quizzes or tests as soon as they return to school. In
addition to NetClassroom and Haiku, class announcements, including
homework due dates, quiz dates, and test dates, will be posted to the
class Twitter: @MrDelaneyNDP.
Attendance, Participation, and Classroom Conduct:
All students will be shown respect consistent with their dignity as
children of God. Students likewise will respect the dignity of others. In
the classroom this includes regular and punctual attendance of classes,
not speaking out of turn, attentiveness in lectures and participation in
group discussions and activities, and refraining from any disruptive or
unkind words or actions. Failure to comply with these standards of
behavior will result in removal from the classroom, detention, or any
other disciplinary action the teacher and administrators consider
appropriate. Any student caught plagiarizing or cheating will receive a
failing grade for the assignment, quiz, or test, per school policy.
Technology and Social Media Policy:
Students are expected to bring their school issued tablets to class
every day. Tablets or other electronic devices may be used in class
when announced. At all other times they must be silenced and out of
sight. Social media sites will be used in accordance with school policy.
Grant, O merciful God, that I may
ardently desire,
prudently examine,
truthfully acknowledge,
and perfectly accomplish
all that is pleasing to Thee
for the praise and glory of Thy name.
Amen.
