What stresses you out? How do you deal with it?
Madison: Im pretty hard-working, and I dont have a lot of free time. My job stresses me out
more than anything. But I make time to exercise almost every day. Its really important to me. I
think that if you exercise regularly, youll feel less stress.
Julio: Driving in bad traffic is what gets to me. So I listen to music to relax. Music has the

the other hand, if I listen to fast, exciting music, I feel more energized. I love listening to any
kind of music.
Karen: Flying causes a lot of stress for me. I get scared as soon as I get on the plane. I usually
try reading a book to keep my mind busy. It also helps if I sit next to someone whos talkative.
