AT & Trainee (SAP) - Goals and Objectives
• Understand a low level design document and
develop/code the solution accordingly
• Code should conform to Yash/Client standards
• Defects should be less than 2%
• Test the code as per the test cases
Development

• 100% of the code to be unit tested and results published
• 100% schedule adherence on coding and testing
• All code to be reviewed by peer / lead
• All UT/SIT/UAT defects to be logged
• Timely updation of Timesheets

Support

• Resolve and fix simple and medium complexity tickets
• Code and test enhancements/CRs
• SLA adherence as per project norm
• Weekly update to timesheet
• Timely reporting of issues to project lead / PM

Process Compliance

• Adherence to Yash / Client process and quality norms
• Understand the SDLC lifecycle

Knowledge Management

• Contribution of utilities/tools/accelerators /project
learning into Knowledge Base
• Document and share best practices
• Assist in preparation of training materials
• Contribute Point of Views/White papers
• Contribute towards practice initiatives (people
engagement, CoE etc)

Adherence to people processes

• G&O submission on time, self appraisal completion on
time
