RULESFORREVALUAITON

(Candidatesseekingrevaluationareadvisedtogothroughtheserulesandregulationsbeforetheyapply
fortherevaluation).
1. Revaluation is allowed only in theory papers of nonprofessional courses, which have not been
jointlyvalued.
2. Select the papers carefully in which you wish to seek revaluation.  No second application for
additionalpapersshallbeacceptedandsummarilyrejected.
3. Revaluationistobeappliedforwithin15daysofthedateofuploadingofresultsofUniversity
website.
4. The Candidate is required to produce a photocopy of his/her current Admission Ticket and/or
statement of marks for verification of Roll No., marks etc., at the time of submission of
Application Form for revaluation and also to attach selfaddress envelop of 9x4 sixe with
PostalStampworthaffixed,forsendingrevaluationresult.
5. EntriesmadebythecandidatebegotverifiedfromthePrincipalfortheCollegeconcerned.

PLEASENOTETHAT
1. When you apply for revaluation, you surrender your original performance and will now accept
therevisedperformanceinwhich:
a) therecanbeNOCHANGE,
b) therecanbeINCREASEinthemarks,
c) therecanbeDECREASEinthemarks.
2. The application is to be made by the candidate in his/her own handwriting and under his/her
ownsignatureandnotbyanyoneelseonhis/herbehalf.
3. PrescribedFee:
PerpapertobedepositedwiththeUniversityCashierbetween9.30a.m.and1.00p.m.
and1.30p.m.to3.00p.m.onallworkingdaysafterverificationoftheformattheRevaluation
CellCounter.(WindowNo.1)
4. (a)IftheawardoftheRevaluationvariesfromtheOriginalawarduptoandincluding+5%of
themaximummarks,theoriginalawardwillstand.
(b)Iftheawardofthefirstrevaluatorisbeyond+5%andupto+10%,theaverageofthe
marksoforiginalexaminerandthefirstRevaluatorwillbetaken.
(c)IftheawardoftheRevaluatorvariesfromtheoriginalawardbymorethen+10%ofthe
minimum marks, the answer script will be examined by a Second Revaluator (Other than
original and first) and the average of the two nearest awards out of the three awards thus
available(includingtheoriginalaward)shallbetakenasfinal.
