IV. RECOMMENDATION LETTERS: (for students applying for the post of General Secretary

from the respective Department Faculty member.

General Eligibility Criteria for Students Clubs Executive Team Selection


(Effective from the academic year 2015-2016)
The following are the mandatory eligibility conditions for a student to apply for
Students Clubs Executive Team:
1. Applicants who wish to apply should be regular students of B. Tech./
M.Tech./M.Sc./ MCA/ MBA.
2. Applicant must possess CGPA greater than or equal to 6.5 till the end of the
even semester of previous academic year.
3. Students having active backlog subjects at the time of application are not eligible
to apply.
4. Applicant, must not have been subjected to any disciplinary action by the
Institute / must not be having any criminal case pending against him /her.
5. Applicants should not have any dues either to the Institute or to the Hostels.

Evaluation Scheme:
The candidate will be evaluated based on the credentials as well performance in the
Interview. Individual weightages are given below:
Part A: Weightage - 60 %: Based on the credentials as given in the Application Form.
Part B : Weightage - 40 %: Based on the performance in the Interview.
