The work "Providing B.T.Surface to the Road from Lotheru Road to

Sarubedda" is proposed under APDRP and for which a DPR is to be prepared. Hence this
estimate ""Preparation charges for DPR for the work "Providing B.T.Surface to the Road
from Lotheru Road to Sarubedda"" is prepared with the following provisions to accord
sanction for DPR preparation charges.
1 . Provision for survey and levelling at 20m interval including jungle clearance,
preparation of RLs, earth work quantities at 20m interval including
transportation charges and printing charges of levels, longitudinal sections,
cross sections and earth work quantities.
2 . Provision for taking Photographs of the Existing Road for every 100m or as
instructed by the Engineer in Charge incl Setting out DTP,Taking of Printouts on
A4 Size Paper and all Conveyance charges etc..,
3 . Provision for collection of Soil samples 2 no's for each KM and produced to
Laboratory for Necessary Soil tests including conveyance charges from work
spot to Lab and all labour charges etc. complete
4 . Provision towards Colour Printing of Maps, Informatory Boards, CS, LS, Traffic
Signals etc.,
5 . Provision towards DTP Charges ( Lead, data, Estimates, Designs, Drawings
etc.,), Cost of Xerox charges for the DPR and Cost of Spiral Binding.
