Product describtion
Basis a softener-free and water-resistant liquid rubber dispersion consisting of
carboxylized, non-ionogenic styrene – butadiene styrene block polymer. The
product does not contain any fillers, solvents and no polyvinyl-acetate.
Features As an addition to mineralic building material, it raises the adhesion on many
undergrounds, improves the elasticity, raises the water-, oil- and solvent
impermeability. Acts as a vapour brake and is alkali-resistant, that is why it can
alsobe used as a salt barrier.
Application is used as additive on mineralic building material to improve the quality. Is also used
as a bond coat at surfacing and filling as well as impregnant on weathered and
dusting surfaces, prevents undesirable loss of water.
Processing
Surface clean, solid, sound, free of loose pieces and any interlayers depends on use
Process painting or filling if used as an additive
Coverage as bond coat about 150 g/sq.m
Ventilating time ca. 2 hours
Water addition as modification for mortar add 5 to 10 % to the mixing water as modification for
sealing slurries add 10 to 30 % to the mixing water
Temperature from +5 C° up
Tools depends on use, if possible stainless steel
Cleaning clean tools with water immediately after the use, later with PU-cleanser or
mechanically
Clothing rubber gloves and work clothes
