HotAsia is a very old and famous restaurant in London city. It's located in
Whitechapel. Near the London Hospital. It's trying to give the best customer service.
As I am a new manager of the restaurant, so I am trying to organize the whole
structure of the restaurant. I will include the e-commerce business system so that the
restaurant can improve so quickly.

Company History:
HotAsia is a very popular restaurant in London city. The restaurant opened from
1980. In that time, the restaurant gave their service to customer good. There were
working some employee. Day by day it's increased dramatically. At the moment, the
restaurant owner wants to make it more popular and easier for customer by using ecommerce business system. Now it is doing the e-commerce business.

Business Nature:
It is a restaurant. So its normally delivered to customer foods. Customer can order
for any food item from online restaurant menu or customer can give their order by
phone call. Even customer can by food directly from the restaurant.

Current Status of business operation:


The company currently doing the traditional business. They are doing the catalogue
system business. They take by phone call or face to face. Customer can buy their food
from the restaurant. Also the company has the leafleting system. They sent the leaflet
door to door. The leaflet mentions their all food and its cost.

company are very well establish at the current e-commerce market. Aniseed Bar and
restaurant, nandos and Curry Express are registrar to e-business. For example, they
want to provide the quality of service. Clean and value added services. They also
observe the customer mind. Actually customer what they want. The economic skill
and quality control is important for their bossiness. So the three companies also
analysed the PEST and SWOT analysed. And they are very successful and very
confidential about their business. They also are increasing the online business day by
day. They take order by online and phone call. They have online oll food list and price

So, after investigation the three popular restaurants, I got lots of information from
this restaurant. So I get some idea about the online business. So now we are going to
do the online business at the moment. Now we are using the e-commerce. We will try
to give the better opportunity for our customer.
