 10 年来 , 反复强调 “ 一二三四一系统” , 带领湖南
广电工作者立足湖南实际 , 围绕一个中心——宣传中心。实行
了两个转变——计划型转向产业型、松散型转向紧密型。勇于
创新 , 深化改革 , 搞好了三大建设——广电中心建设、上星站
建设、网络建设。实现了四大目标——大广播、大电视、大宣传、
大产业。还有一个“1”, 就是带好一支队伍 , 建立一个先进的系统。
2000 年底 , 他率先在全国组建了第一家省级广播影视集团。
2001 年 , 他思维敏锐 , 目光高远 , 率湘军队伍一举迁址 ,
积极创业 , 如今的湖南广电中心占地 2600 多亩 , 年创收 10 多
个亿 ;
2006 年 , 他态度鲜明地确立 “两个走出去 , 一个立起来”
路线 , 即 “从体制走出去 , 从国内走出去 , 创立新的市场主体” ,
一针见血地指出中国电视界的竞争路线是 “节目竞争——栏目
竞争——频道竞争——系统竞争”。

For ten years, he has laid the emphasis on the “one
two three four one system” time and again to lead Hunan
broadcasting Bureau to find a foothold in the media
broadcasting practice in Hunan. He encircles one center
-the publicity center; he carries out two changes-planned
economy changing into the industrial economy, loose
economy changing into the intensive economy; he makes the
innovation, deepens the reform and does well the three large
constructions-the construction of broadcast & TV center,
the construction of Satellite Station and the construction of
network; he realizes four big targets-big broadcasting, big
television, big propaganda and big industry; and the last one
is to cultivate a good team and create an advanced system.
In the end of year 2000, he took the lead in establishing
the first provincial broadcasting & film system in China.
In 2001, he showed great foresight to relocate Hunan
Radio & Television Center in another place to actively do
pioneering work with his acute thinking. Nowadays, it has
covered a land area of more than 2600mu, with a revenue of
over 1 billion Yuan;
In 2006, he set forth in a definite attitude the route of
“two walk-outs and one establishment” ,namely, “walking
out from the system and walking out from China, and
establishing a new market entity ” , and he definitely pointed
out that the competing route of China TV circle is “program
competition- column competition-channel competition-
system competition” .
In the future, the “system construction” will be the core of

In October 2005, “Grand Ceremony of 2005 King-Shaman Table Tennis” was launched. This activity is divided into

Anti-Japanese of West Hunan People, A Large War Play, Was Filmed
On September 18, 2006, the Anti-Japanese of West Hunan People , the first large TV play independently
invested, made and directed by Golden Eagle Broadcasting System since it launched the plan for making
and directing large films or movies, was filmed in Hongshilin Park, Guzhang County, Xiangxi Autonomous
Prefecture. It means that Hunan Broadcast & TV plays are striking forward another milestone of local
filmmaking course in Hunan, and it is of important significance for program innovation and market
transformation. The Play was scenarized by Sheng Heyu and directed by Gong Ruofei. This play is based
on the 9·18 event in 1931 which is famous at home and abroad and clued by the large-scale invasion of
Japanese army into China. It lively describes the story of how the people lived in Maxipu Town under Xuefeng
Mountains for a long time to discard their old grudges and guard their home and the country and beat back
the Japanese army. It is also the first long play of affirmatively describing the Hunanese’s resistance war
against Japanese aggression.

basic-level society in Hunan in the new century.
On August 29, Hunan Satellite TV launched the large idol selection column Star of Golden Eagle , which became the highlight
of the 4th Golden Eagle TV Art Festival. It stopped the broadcast at the end of year 2005.
Hunan TV Channel was broadcasted before dawn in American western time through AMC-4, the largest Chinese satellite TV
platform in the United States.
From September 26 to 28, the Fourth China Golden Eagle TV Art Festival was held.

play Princess Huanzhu III in all satellite channels in China. The statistics of CVSC-SOFRES
MEDIA showed that the rating of this Play took the second place in its broadcasting period
behind the CCTV-1.
On March 17, New Weekly released the 2003 China Top TV Program List and the Stories Behind Life was honored the “the
Optimal Talking Program” .
In April, “China 10 Top Media” appraisal activity organized by China Media Forum and Stanchina Media Research Center

May – September
From May 2004 to September 2004, Hunan Satellite TV launched the

On October 25, Hunan Satellite TV held the “2005 Promotion Conference
for Happy China” in Hong Kong, which is the first for domestic TV media to

On October 30, the “Golden Eagle Cartoon Satellite TV” subject to
Hunan Satellite TV was launched officially, which is the first satellite channel
for cartoon plays in China.

channel, which records and reflects the huge achievements of Chenzhou, Hengyang, and Yongzhou in southern region of Hunan
in past three years, as well as the splendid culture, good ecology and development trend.
On April 6, the 2004 China TV Program List sponsored by magazine New Weekly was opened to the public in Beijing, and the
Happy Camp was praised as “China Most Valuable TV Program in Past 15 Years” and Wang Han was praised the “optimal host for
entertainment program” .

May – August
The special program 46 Hours of James Soong’ s Return to Hometown planned by the press center live broadcasted all
activities of James Soong, the chairman of Taiwan's People First Party.
On May 31, the opening ceremony and art performance of “2005 China Hunan-Hong Kong Investment Negotiation Week”
organized by Hunan Satellite TV was held. This is in the first time that Hunan Satellite TV organizes the art performance in Hong
Kong.
From May 25 to June 9, the innovation seminar of Hunan Bureau of Broadcasting and TV was held in the international villa,
which gathered the elite of broadcasting & TV circles in Hunan to launch the special research upon the “satellite TV innovation” ,
“activity innovation” and “innovation of large films” .
On August 26, the final of “2005 Happy China·Super Girls” was launched grandly. Through fierce competition, Li Yuchun,
Zhou Bichang and Zhang Liangying were honored the first Top Three Winners respectively.

September – December
In September, Hunan Satellite TV spent huge money to purchase the mainland copyright of Korean play -Dae Jang Gum made
in 2004, and exclusively broadcasted it in Hunan Satellite TV Channel. A strong upsurge of “Dae Jang Gum” was thus received.
In October, the large series reports The Rise of Central Hunan made and broadcasted by the press center analyzed and
reported in details the status quo of economic & social development, stored potential and rising prospect of Loudi and Shaoyang

 In January 10, the turnover drama Forever Love made by
the column group of "True Feelings" was broadcasted.
On January 21, the host selection final of “New Anchors’
Competition” for four months was closed, Du Haitao, Wu
Xin, and Zhang Peng took the first, second and third places
respectively.
In February, Hunan Satellite TV exclusively purchased the
copyright of the War and Beauty, with another highest rating.
On February 14, the entertainment “talkshow” program
Delight Talk was launched.
March – April
From March 4 to April 2, “Gillette Vector Plus” was launched
by Hunan Satellite TV in Changsha, Wuhan, Nanjing, Chengdu
and Shenyang in succession.
On March 15, Super Star Party was broadcasted, which is
a large mass entertainment music program based on the large-
scale concert.
On April 2, Hunan Satellite TV triggered the entertainment
storm of 2006 “Super Girls” . In the end of September, Shang
Wenjie, Tan Weiwei and Liu Liyang took the first, second and
third places respectively in the final competition.
On April 8, 2006, the “Award Ceremony of 2006 China
Sports Laureus Friends and Champions” , the highest award
in China, was live broadcasted in Changsha. Afterwards, the
Award Ceremony of 2006 China Sports Laureus Friends and
Champions is settled down in Changsha.
On April 14, Sunshine Partner activity was launched. From
April to July, China Education TV Channel, Hunan Satellite TV
channel and Shanghai Oriental Children Channel continuously
broadcasted this activity in each Friday.
May
The “Star of Golden Eagle” launched the mass selection for
female protagonist (Zi Ling) in the large TV play Dreams Behind
the Curtain , and in July, it was officially transcribed and filmed.
On May 8, the entertainment “talkshow” program Happy
Chat made by Hunan Economic TV Station was broadcasted in
Hunan Satellite TV Channel.
July – August
The opening ceremony of I Am the Champion was
addressed in Fuzhou. The first station for the final competition
was performed in Hunan Satellite TV Channel on October 14.
In July, under the impact of typhoon “Bilis” , South Hunan
suffered from the outsize flood disaster; in response to this
condition, the press center put forward the Care for South
Hunan – Disaster Prevention & Relief and Rebuilding Home
to report the disaster situation in time, upon which the victims
of a flood disaster are confident in rebuilding the home under
the carefulness and leadership of the people’ s government
of Hunan province.
On July 15, the awarding ceremony of Sprit Cup
Seasonal Selection was held in Changsha. The column
Entertainment World was authorized by Coca-Cola as the
sole TV cooperation media in Sprit China Native Music Pop
List.
In August, the List of 2006 China 500 Top Media is
released. The brand of Hunan Satellite TV is listed in the
fourth (after CCTV-1, CCTV-3 and CCTV-5).
On August 3, Hunan TV Station put forward the large
flood-relief no-benefit performance evening Care for South
Hunan , upon which the flood-relief money and materials
of over 0.1 billion Yuan was raised to the victims of flood-
stricken area.
September
On September 4, Trading roles was broadcasted, which
is a role-interchange living and recording play + true-man
show innovation program.
On September 18, the Anti-Japanese of West
Hunan People was filmed, which is the first large TV play
independently invested, made and directed by Golden Eagle
Broadcasting System since it launched the plan for making
and directing large films or movies.
On September 25, in response to the “First Expo Central
China 2006” , the large art performance evening “Song of
Central China” made in Hunan Satellite TV Station was held
in Wuzhou Theater in Changsha Window of the World.
On September 26, H.E. Edmund Ho, chief executive
for the Government of Macao Special Administrative Region
led the Macao delegation to visit Hunan International
Convention & Exhibition Center and visited T2 area of Hunan
Satellite TV Station, and accepted the special interview of
Zhang Dandan, a host of Hunan Satellite TV Station.
October – December
In October, Happy Twins was continuously and live
broadcasted in the seven days of the National Day.
From October 27 to October 29, the Sixth China Golden
Eagle TV Art Festival was held.
On December 15, the true-man show program Great
Reputation was launched grandly.
