ABOUT: SIMON SMITH (THE VICTIM)

- He is 6 foot tall; Caucasian; average build; with darkish blonde hair (and
ginger beard)
- He worked for Eric at Ernst Brothers Glass as a glassmaker, specializing in
mirror making; featured window; and other glass arts.
- According to his wife, he walked away from home on Friday (17/06/1994)
after having some arguments with her. The last sighting of him was on

- He doesn't have a suicide tendency, drinking or drug problems.
- He doesn't have any tattoo, but he has a scar in his left side abdomen

INTERROGATION TIMELINE
Saturday, 18 June 1994
- First interrogation, Hannah Smith (Simon's wife) reported her husband was
went missing from Friday. The husband, Simon Smith, last seen at local
pub ("The Rock") on Friday night, and was talking to Helen (The Rock's
barmaid).
- In her testimony, "On Friday, after some arguments with his wife (Hannah
Smith), Simon left the house. Hannah waits for Simon to come home until
the next morning. On Saturday, Simon still didn't come back, even though
he had an appointment with Eric (Simon's boss) in the afternoon. Hannah
then checked "The Rock", a local pub where Simon is usually hanging out;
Simon is last seen talking with Helen on Friday night. After dinner time,
Hannah reported Simon as a missing person to the police."
