LifeLock Inc. Names DDB Chicago Agency of Record

LifeLock Inc., of Tempe, AZ, today announced that it has selected DDB Chicago, part of
Omnicom Group (OMC; NYSE), as its advertising agency of record, following a competitive
review. The new agency relationship begins immediately. DDB Chicago will be responsible
for driving customer acquisition growth through various communications channels.

We are excited to have chosen DDB Chicago. We feel they are best suited to help us grow
our business given their strategic and creative capabilities, said Ty Shay, Chief Marketing
