Hometown

1. Where do you come from?


- My hometown is Da Nang. It is famous for beautiful landscapes, white sands beaches or
shopping mall
2. Can you describe your hometown
- Well, my home town is located (lies, situated) in central Viet Nam. This is the biggest city on the
South Central Coast of Viet Nam. Mother nature favored this land with mountains, long beach
and smooth river. Therefore, this is a worth place to go for those who love natural beauty
3. Can you describe the people in your hometown
- Yes, Id like to. People there are very + adj (generous, hospitable, hard-working, open-minded,
warm-hearted, down to earth, practical, pverty-stricken)
- People in my hometown are quite open-minded and ready to accept the new (new things)
4. What is the weather like there?
- Da Nang has a tropical climate with two seasons. Temperatures are typically high, with an
anuual average of 26 degrees centigrade. But it is less hot than sai gon and less cole than Ha
noi
5. Are there any interesting places I can visit?
- There are many well-know tourist attractions there such as the pagoda, the Han river, the
beachso on
- Da Nang is usually full of tourists. At night, you can walking around Han river, which is brightly
by the neon lights. Its so beautiful
6. What do you miss the most about your hometown?
- Well, there is so much I misss about my hometown. What I miss the most, probably, is the
bridge, I think. As you might know, Da Nang is well-known for several names such as the city of
bridge
7. Can you compare your hometown with big modern cities like HCM
8. When is the best time to come?
- As other places,peak season for travelling to Da Nang is summer. However, coming to Da Nang
is January is also a good experience, beacause the wheather is cool, especially it has a Tetholiday, and you can enjoy with it.
9. Why do people love their hometown so much?
- Hometown is where we were born and grew up. It associated with unforgettable childhood
memories. Thats where everyone wants to return and belong to
10. Why do people leave their hometown?

- people leave their hometown for a variety of purposes. Firstly, young people leave their
hometown to seek new opportunities in their career to gain money and fame. Secondly, many
(some) people like to go to leatn more about themselves, to see their strengths and weaknesses
to apapt their lifes. Thirdly, while others may have tremendous upheavals, so they decided to
leavetheir hoe to find the best life.
Studies
1. What do you major in??
Currently, I am a fifth-year student at Hue university of Medicine and Pharmacy, majoring in
pharmacy
2. Why did you choose that major?
When I was in high school, I always belive that I was born for pharmacy, and my dream is to be a
pharmacist one day. Besides, the sector of pharmacy will be promising, and after my graduation,
there will be a gurantee for my future job- hunting which means I may get a well-paid job
3. What do you find most difficult in your studies?
Honestly, the difficulty I have to say about my study is a lecture of some teacher. I am a little
bored with listening to teaching for several hours, and I am longing for learning in an excited
environment
4. What do you find most interesting in your studies ?
Generally, the interested thing about my study is a huge fund of knowledge. It not only gives me
the meaning and practical application through the lectures of the teacher, but also gets myself
wel prepared for the future life
5. Was there anything you disliked about college?
Absolutely yes, there are manything I dislike about college, example friends, simply because, in
college, you will make friends with many people in classroom, in clubs, so onBut youll
disappointed by the friend that will quickly disappear after a period of time you dont meet and
keep in touch. The truth is after college, you only touch and belong with a little, even no friend al
all
6. Would you say was the best thing about being a college student
The best thing about being a student was having a lot of free time and learning to live on your
own
