SCRAMBLED EGGS

FRIED CHICKEN
Ingredients:
Egg (pwede ra 1 but 2 if ganahan kag mas dghan)
Salt
Pepper
Oil (but if nonstick ang pan pwede ra wala para dli mag pisik-pisik)
Optional:
Tomatoes
Sibuyas dahonan (spring onions)
Garlic
1 tsp or less of mayonnaise (para mufluffy ang egg, lami siya
I swear)
leftover meat (chicken, beef, fish or pork ichop lang na
gagmay)

Procedure:
1. Heat the pan (medium heat lang ayaw high kay masunog
imong eggs ;p)
2. In a bowl mix ang egg and/or other optional ingredients with
a fork
3. If init na ang pan, pour the egg into the pan
4. you can stir the egg para ma scrambled egg or pwede rasad

Ingredients:

10.Take the chicken out of the pan and let it drain in a paper
towel para dili oily.

Ingredients:
Porkchop
Oil (if non stick ang pan no need for oil)
Marinate:
3 tablespoons Ketchup
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 pinches of Sugar (pwede sad gamay na honey)
1 pinch black pepper
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1 pinch chili or chili flakes (optional)
**note: ang kana na marinate good for 1 slice rana if 2 slices of
porkchop i.times 2 ang amounts

PORKSTEAK

Mix all the ingredients of the marinade in 1 container


Marinade the porkchop for atleast 1 hour
If ready to cook na, heat the pan in med low heat
If init na ibutang ang porkchop ayaw i.apil intawon ang
marinade kay mahimo siyang sabaw. Lower the heat to low

5. Cook for 10 mins daun ibali
6. Once nabali na ibrush or using a spoon butangig gamay na
marinade ang surface
7. Cook for another 10 mins daun bali
8. Repeat step 6
9. Cook for 2 mins
10.Repeat steps 8 and 9 hantod feel nimo luto na ang meat.
Ayawg kapraning if nay parts na murag nasunog or niblack.
Nagcaramelize ra ang sugar ana. Dili masunog ang meat as

Ingredients:

AFRITADA

Ingredients:
Chicken or pork (cubed. 4 small parts sa chicken or 1/4kg pork)
Ketchup or tomato sauce
Soy sauce (kunti lang :P)
4 cloves Garlic (chopped finely)
Onion (kung dako ra kung gamay 1 whole. chopped finely)
Salt
Pepper
Sugar (kunti lang pud)
Sitsaro (katong gagmay na string beans)
1 Carrot (cubed)
1 small Bellpepper
1 small Potatoes (or half sa big. cubed)
2 tsp Oil
Pineapple tidbits **optional

Procedure:
1. Make sure dli frozen ang meat ug equal sizes ang meat ug
veggies
2. Prepare all ingredients para if magstart nkag cook di naka
mag chop or abrig lata unsa ba :P
3. Preheat pan in medium heat

4. Kung mej init2 na ang pan lower the heat to med-low then
put in a small amount of oil as in gamaya ra mga 2 tsp ra.
Wait until muinit ang oil
5. Add in onion. Stir for 15-20 seconds before adding in garlic
6. Cook for about a minute then add in the meat. Cover for 5
mins. Stir.
7. Add in carrots. Stir. Cook for 5 mins.
8. Add in potatoes, sitsaro and bellpepper. Stir. Cook for 5 mins
9. Add in ketchup or tomato sauce then 1 tablespoon of soy
sauce. Add salt, sugar and pepper to taste. Mas lami sad siya
if butangag gamayng pineapple juice from the tidbits.
10.Stir cook until potatoes and carrots are soft
11.Add in pineapples last para d malata cook for another
minute. Serve.

HOTDOG
Ingredients:
Hotdog (thawed. Slice diagonal thin lines across the hotdog on 2
sides pra mudalig kaluto.)
2 tablespoon Oil
cup water
Procedure:
1. No need to preheat pan.
2. Put in the water, oil (dapat mas daghan ug water kaysa oil
para dili mubuto imong naweng) and the hotdogs. Cook in
medium heat
3. Keep moving the hotdogs para ma even ang pagkaluto. Cook
until water evaporates and pan is almost dried up na. make

sure luto nasad ang hotdog. Kung dili pa cook for a few
minutes more making sure pirme nimo imove.
4. Tada! Perfectly plump hotdogs :D dili kuyos ug tikig (murag

PORK/CHICKEN ADOBO
Chicken ( small parts) or Pork (1/4 kg cubed)
4 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
1 small Onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp oil
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar (or honey)
4 tablespoons Vinegar
Pepper to taste
Pineapples (optional)

Procedure:
1. Preheat oil in pan (medium heat)
2. Lower heat to low then add onion. Cook for 15-20 seconds
then add garlic. Cook for a minute.
3. Add in meat. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes until almost
done. Make sure balibalihon nimo ang chicken or imix nimo
ang pork once in a while para dli masunog
4. Pour in soy sauce and vinegar. Stir. Add in sugar and pepper
to taste. Dili definite akong measurements gi estimate rna
nako. Its up to you kung ganahan kag parat2 or aslom2 or
tam.is2 i.adjust lang ang suka, toyo ug asukal.

5. You can also use the juice sa tidbits para mas mulami.
Instead of 2 tablespoon na sugar 1 nalang daun add 2
tablespoon of the juice.
6. Make sure low ang heat then let simmer for 15-20 minutes or
until luto na ang meat. Make sure icook nimog ayo ang
chicken kay nay tendency mura siyag luto sa gawas pero
gadugo pa ang sulod so importante jud na hinay kayo ang
kalayo para dili masunog ang gawas. Add in pineapples then
serve.
