the Court, but in the event that the
Court does find them to be
admissible, they do not evidence
any breach by Riesland of an
international obligation owed to
Amestonia;
Argument:
The obtained document is
inadmissible because Mr. Frost
handed the USB drive containing
the documents to the firm and to
the reporters which are private
individuals. The court does not
have any jurisdiction over such
evidence.
