Delicious: Acemitas Caracheras


Ingredients:

2 kilograms of flour, (1 kg
must be integral).
5 eggs
1 1/2 grated panela
1/2 spoon of baking soda
1/2 spoon of grain anise

4 tablespoons of yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 panelitas margarine ( 100
g each)
For yeast 3 cups of warm
water , a little sugar , 2
cups flour and let it grow .
Preparation:
Yeast joins with the rest of the flour, margarine, anise, baking
and grated panela is kneaded well, let it grow, the acemitas
are made, are coated with water, egg and sugar and baked .

Living passion of Christ

his is a demonstration during Holy


Week for Bocon Cultural
Foundation for over 20 years.
In this way of pray, fifteen
stations represent the most
significant events of Christ's
journey to Calvary.
These representations have
achieved much religious and

Ash Wednesday, when an actor that characterizes Jesus of

El Trapiche de los Clavo, Museum and Culture
