Price per copy of tender documents : SR 3000
Bid point : 1% of the tendered price
Validity of the Bid point : 90 days from the opening date of the tenders
Questions/ information regarding the tender/work can be asked up to
10 days prior to opening of tenders

Copy of the contract of establishment of the company

3-Award of the contract

Contract will be awarded to the bidder in light of his price and
experience
The successful bidder will be required to pay the final warranty (5% of
the contract cost)

 The unsuccessful bidders will be refunded their bid point

The Navy forces has the right to reject/cancel any bid due to one or the
other reasons

Basic Agreement/ Contract

It includes the following
1-Complete agreement: This contract nullifies any previous
agreement or understanding and shall be considered valid
2-Tilte of the contract: production of carts and tools for Navy forces in
accordance with contract documents and specification
