Suprajit currently holds 61.92% stake in the capital of Phoenix Lamps Limited including 15,021 Equity Shares acquired through an Open Offer. 2. Suprajit has completed the entire process of acquisition of majority stake of Phoenix Lamps Limited in line with Share Purchase Agreement dated 6" May, 2015. 3. The Capital expenditure plan for capacity expansion across various manufacturing locations including new units at Sanand, Gujarat and Vallam —Vadagal, Tamilnadu are under progress and will be completed by March 2016 as per schedule, as communicated earlier.
