The Great Lakes Bay region has a median age of 35.4,

this means we need to reach out to people within that
age range and promote the Law Office of Gordon W. Kraft.
Being insightful to the community can ignite a spark that
cannot be dimmed once they realize how bright their
future can be when choosing the right attorney.

STRENGHTHS
1. Big ideas with a small town feel- Not corporate ran
but rather a small business looking for the BEST
outcome in all clients.
2. Credible education- University of Michigan, and
University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
3. Determined to meet the needs of all clients- flexible,
adaptable and compatible to better suit the needs of
the client.

WEAKNESSES
1. Still considered a relatively new business.
2. Fairly new on offering estate planning services.

OPPORTUNITIES
1. 70% of the Great Lakes Bay region is made up of
individuals aged between 21 and 62. Also, the
median age of 35.4 allows a lot of potential for new
clients.

2. Centrally located in the heart of downtown Bay City

offers a lot of future potential with the rise of new
development such as Uptown.

THREATS
1. Lets be honest, the stigma of an attorney can really
make people shy away from seeking one. They think
they will be cheated or ripped off somehow.
False! Not if you seek Gordon Kraft.
2. Surrounding attorneys validate that there could
potentially be competitive rates.
