This contract between Ilianna Ntouvli and Frankie Encell during the production of Tell Me
About Love Friend, on 5th & 6th December 2015 provides a clear understanding of what both
PRODUCER and ARTIST can expect from each other.

PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES

I Ilianna Ntouvli promise to provide Frankie Encell the following during
their involvement on the production Tell Me About Love Friend:

1) Clear instruction on when and where they will be required.
2) A safe and secure location for all filming activities
3) Agreed travel expenses and a payment of 20 per filming day
4) Food and refreshments during the shoot
5) A copy of the completed film
6) Information and invites to any relevant screenings/publicity
7) I mustnt speak negatively of artist or shoot via social media

ARTIST RESPONSIBILITIES

I Frankie Encell promise to provide the Ilianna Ntouvli the following during
the production of Tell Me About Love Friend

1) To make myself available for the agreed shooting dates and times
2) To promptly communicate any issues that could prevent me from
fulfilling my role
3) To ensure I am properly prepared for the role
4) To follow instructions and requests from crew and location staff
5) I will not cut my hair, beard, change hairstyles or colours, or, in
general change my appearance in any way unless instructed to do so
by the producer.
6) To not speak negatively about crew or details of shoot via social
media.
7) To not discuss payment details, with any other cast or crew
members, except producer.
