As | reflect upon the events that have taken place in South Carolina, Colorado Theater, Paris and now San Bernardino, I am elated because it is becoming sonvincingly and exceedingly clear to me we unmasked and interrupted a killing on that ‘magnitude, and on more than one night prior to the bloody attack on other protesters and myself. However, as I ponder those tragic mass murders, it beeories potently painful to witness the treatment that the other victims in the case at bar have received from the media, from the police, investigators, and the county Attomey’s office. Prior to the attack we were vigilant enough to spot the threat and escorted the group of hate filled terrorist away from the majority of the ‘protesters thereby taking more blood off the hands of the eity and state officials and tisking our ‘own lives and being wounded in the process. Several of the vietims in the other named events are rot living and able to say “I sacrificed my life so that others can live.” But we are here to say so. ‘One of the victims, was shot, put into a coma, and a bullet lodged into his pelvis permanently, his intestines had to be reconstructed yet the media have strongly advocated that there was no serious injury, the State has failed to prosecute according to the injuries, and also has failed to ‘charge all aiders in the conspiracy to attack, whether the aid came before or after the attack, Although I was shot I am not accounted for in the complaint. Thave gone to the County Attorney's office explaining that I fear for my life due to threats made tome by Minneapolis police and others, and they have taken my ery for help lightly and I believe as mockery. The Investigators have failed to speak to me or any other victims and eyewitness even after the alleged shooters were apprehended. My age is not listed as in the complaint as one of the five vistims, That mean either there are more victims, or the state ismaking a major blunder in the prosecution af this case. The warning of threats were coming from officers themselves: social media, leaders of the community all of whom; explain that there were credible evidence that white supremacy were coming to the protest to attack protesters...In fact in the states complaint of the suspects (State of Mi Vs, Nathan Wayne Backman court file (No, 27+CRe15-33506) the state acknowledge that through their investigation they leaned the suspects were actually live streaming their threats showing guns and using hate filled language. ‘The state admits that there is footage from the 19" of November of the shooters at the protest verbally sparring with protesters. The state admits that there was li the threats, We understand that Minneapolis Police have a department or entity within their stream of department that deals directly with social media. Ifin an environment like this, that social media department/entity failed to detect the live threats that had started on the 19° of ‘November then that department need to be shut down at onee, the person responsible for that duty during the protest must be fired at once. I was shot on the 23" of November thereby giving four days for that department to identify such a blatant threat ‘Since I have been shot, 1 have been threatened by police, by whites, I have been put all ‘over the news; comprising my safety. Tam 18 years. My Mom left me as a child, thus friends took me in. However singe this event and the constant threats the bombardment by the media has forced her to put me out her house. Moreover the mere fact that media is attempting to take advantage of me and manipulating my words thereby affecting the case shows that certain witnesses need. to be out the way. 10. | request that [am put in some type of protection program paid for by the state until the case is over, It is evident that these guys have the capacity to shoot with no regard for Jaws, and are bold and brassy. There is ample evidence that the shooters have a support base that will shoot as well, and some have been sharged and out of jail on bond. We know that at least one police has been questioned regarding this incident, yet it may be to carly to dismiss him as a coconspirator. 11. [ fear making any complaint to Minneapolis police department, even for the purpose of the aid I seek, however I will report to a Federal ageney. I believe that we have the proof that can proof law enforcement involvement in the fourth precinet shooting, but I will only give the evidence to federal authorities, 12, We believe that the state is doing an injustice ta the survivors of this attack, and we believe the state is also doing the victims of Sandy Hook, Colorado, South Carolina, and the victims of 911, We believe this due to the state’s failure to prosecute all involved, and also failed to prosecute the case according to the conspired attack, and charge according to some of injuries suffered by victims.
