Shipments will be charged by its chargeable weight. Chargeable weight is the higher of:
(a) the actual weight, or
(b) the volumetric weight

Volumetric weight (dimensional weight) in kg per package:

All Services except FedEx Economy = Length x Height x Width (all in cm) / 5,000
FedEx Economy = Length x Height x Width (all in cm) / 2,700

FedEx shall be entitled to charge on the actual weight or volumetric weight of the consignment, as the
case may be, if it is greater than the weight declared by the customer on the FedEx Air Waybill or other
delivery documents.

For any bulk shipments or Heavy Day Shipping, please check with your sales contact for spot rates.

It is the responsibility of the customer to completely and correctly fill out the FedEx Air Waybill and the

Entry Tax payments (if applicable) will be billed to the Shipper account only. Entry Tax cannot be billed
