Chauncy from Franklin.
Narrative:
Ofc. Souza spoke with the operator of MA PC #5534AD parked
by MHS. That party checks OK, not the involved vehicle.
Narrative:
Ofc Kerr reports he located a truck that matches the
description but looks as it has not moved in a while and is
blocked in by another car at 36 Park St. All officers are
clear they are unable to locate the truck.
