1. Why do you want to join this program? What could this program contribute to help you
achieve your personal or academic or professional goal(s)? What do you expect to take away
from this experience? (max. 250 words)
As an Indonesian youth I want to improve my ability to become a quality
leader in the future of Indonesia in area of economy which is match to my
educational background, i.e, Bachelor of Economic Science.
I want to increase my economic potential which is already start since I was in
third year of study economy until now. So that I be able to use alternative
resources in gaining better prosperity.
My personal goals by join this program are experience, knowledge, gaining
wide network.
I expect to gain wide network as a basis to widening my knowledge, and
training ground in communication using English.

2. What success have you achieved in your community/organization? What role(s) have you
played in the success of your community/organization? (max. 250 words)

To create work chance for the student as food product marketer.

Team leader in an event. Indosat and Djarum Super
I play role as technical support in scheduling game in the event of Piastro in year 2012
in my campus, Gunadarma University.

3. Tell us about your experience when you faced a new environment within your organization!
How did you respond to differences arising from this new organization? (max 250 words)

My experience in facing new environment within organization success the

placement of new leader which implied to change of rule, hierarchy,
organization structure, etc usually I adjust myself to new environment by
studying some character that will suit me in mutual work and understanding
and then I decide to take some responsibility in the organization. Just in case
there is no any rule fit me, I would rather to became some sort of an adviser
standing outside the activity of the organization, yet still give attention to
the organization activity.
In responding to differences arising from this new organization usually I use
common sense whit thumb of rule:
To study the differences to some delve so I can see clearly what cause it
makes and then I put some note to lesser the tension of differences.
To find the way to solve the problem so that it would be such case happen

4. Explain your experience in resolving crises in your organization! What was your role at that
time? What did you do to solve a conflict that happened in your organization? (max. 250
words)
There was crises in my organization concerning of misinterpretation in carry
out some certain consensus agreed in student board. This leads to stuck out
program. My experience in solving such crises in my organization is by
making new consensus so that allow all participant being involved. I play role
at that time as an adviser. I solve conflict by:

5. Explain one instance in which you have made a significant difference in your community!
What was your concern that encouraged you to do that? How did it impact the community?

For long time in my community, especially the youth, they down wont to be
separated to their family. I think many reasons that make it happen, such as
they are afraid of losing of care from their parent or they feel comfort
surrounding by their family. In my case it was difference, I have already
separated from my family since first grade of junior high school. It makes me
significant difference in term of dependence, mental rigidity and
survivability. I concern with people who live at the step side of road who
have not anybody love them. They inspired me to build mental rigidity and
survivability. So far there is no sign someone has following my idea. Maybe
writing down all my idea will impact some community member.

6. Explain one of your strengths and weaknesses that best describe yourself! (max. 250 words)
I am good at recognizing priorities, and ensuring that these are taken care of
first.
I cannot work with monotonous activity and duties.

7. Please write your personal vision statement as a youth ambassador of West Java! How can
you contribute to the improvement of West Java through alumni association after completing
the program? (max. 250 words)

My personal vision as youth ambassador of west java are:

1. To become quality leader in area of economy so that I could inspire all
of youth in West Java to improve themselves to become quality leader
all quality professional in the future.
2. I am able to increase my economic potential in accordance to what I
have been starting since last month dealt with food production using
genuine material or product of West Java so that in turn increasing
people income of West Java.
After completing the program I will make some activity that will
improve economic of society by analyzing some potential resource
using alumni association in gathering information that useful for
improvement of West Java society.
