In the adjustment of the salaries of incunibent personnel effective June

1, 2012, the pertinent rules under item 4.1 o,' th6 Circular shall

Monthly 8a5e Pay Schedule for Military and Uniformed Personnel Effective

for the purpose; and provided, furthermore, that the performance targets

year are not adversely affected.

shall be contingent on agency submission of the second quarter Budget
Accountability Reports, i,e,, as of lune 30, 2012, consistect w-rth item
4.4.2 of NBC o. 535 (Guidelines on the Rele6e of Funds for C.Y 2012).

(i.e., units receiving Notice of Cash Ajlocation, or NC4, direcdy f.om DBM)
