Trommel
Dieser Separator ist mit einer selbstentleerenden
Tellertrommel ausgestattet, die mit einem hydraulisch bewegten Kolbenschieber zum Schlieen
und ffnen der Trommel versehen ist.

Bowl
This separator is equipped with a self-cleaning
disc bowl with hydraulically operated piston for
opening and closing the ejection ports of the
bowl.

Zulauf und Ablauf

Zu- und Ablauf des Produktes
erfolgen durch ein geschlossenes Leitungssystem. Zwischen
feststehenden Armaturen und
rotierender Trommel sind keine
Dichtungen erforderlich.
Produktanschlsse entsprechend DIN 11851 bzw. ISO
2037.

Feed and discharge

The product is fed into and
discharged from the bowl
through a closed pipe system.
There are no seals between
the rotating bowl and the
feed and discharge connections.
The product pipe connections
conform to DIN 11851 or ISO
2037.

Gestell und Antrieb

Das Gestell ist aus Gueisen
und mit nichtrostendem Stahl umkleidet. Der Antrieb erfolgt durch einen Drehstrommotor, der
ebenfalls mit nichtrostendem Stahl umkleidet ist.
Alle Lagerstellen werden selbstttig von einem
zentralen lbad aus geschmiert.

Frame and drive

The cast-iron frame is clad
with stainless steel. The machine is driven by a
three-phase AC motor which is additionally clad
with stainless steel.
All bearings are splash-lubricated from a central
oil bath.

Werkstoffe
Alle mit dem Schleudergut in Berhrung kommenden Teile sind aus austenitischen Cr-Ni-MoSthlen oder, fr mechanisch hochbelastete
Trommelteile, aus weichmartensitischen Cr-Ni-MoSthlen bzw. aus Duplexlegierungen.
Die Dichtungen sind aus gummielastischen Werkstoffen (Elastomeren) gefertigt.

Materials
All parts coming into contact with the product are
made of austenitic Cr-Ni-Mo steel or, in the case
of meachanically highly stressed bowl parts, of
soft martensitic Cr-Ni-Mo steel or duplex alloys.
The gaskets are made of rubber elastic materials
(elastomers).

Chemische Reinigung (CIP)

Nach Produktende erfolgt eine chemische Reinigung (CIP = cleaning-in-place).
Die Reinigungsflssigkeit wird im Kreislauf durch
den Separator und das angeschlossene System
gepumpt. Hierbei wird der durch den Separiereffekt in der Trommel ausgeschleuderte Feststoff
aus der Reinigungsflssigkeit zentrifugiert.

Cleaning-in-place (CIP)
Once the product flow has stopped, cleaning-inplace is carried out.
The cleaning solution is circulated through the
centrifuge and the connected system. The solids
spun out by the separation effect in the bowl are
centrifuged out of the cleaning liquid.
