PROPOSED LEGISLATION:
Rogue Act
OVERVIEW
DEFINITIONS
Rogue is defined as:
1. The act of deliberately disobeying orders from a superior while on-duty.
2. The act of abusing tools on anyone in-game
3. The act of abusing or altering any essential non-ROBLOX application that is used by
a public office, a public service, or the military.
Essential non-ROBLOX application is defined as anything that is used by a public office, a
public service, or the military that is deemed important that is not based on ROBLOX, or
relies on roblox.com to function.
Examples of essential non-ROBLOX applications can be patrol logs, trellos, or
spreadsheets.
Public office is defined as the HM Government and anything associated it with it
Public service is defined as the Metropolitan Police Service, the Security Service (MI5), the
Electoral Commission, the Authorised Drivers Agency, or any other group that
self-identifies itself and is commonly known as an agency.
Military is defined as the British Armed Forces and the various branches and divisions of
it.
False Rogue Accusing (shortened as FRA) is the act of falsely accusing someone of being
rogue or have been rogue.
SECTION I
Any person going rogue shall be exiled from all public offices, public services, or positions
in the military that he/she was in during the time of being rogue.
In order for this to happen, credible evidence needs to be available. Credible
evidence may be in the form of witnesses, arrest records (made by the person and
against that person), testimonies, or anything that can suggest guilt of being rogue.
SECTION II
Should a person wish to appeal their exilement, they may appeal it to the Ministry of
Justice. The person must present credible evidence suggesting that he/she is innocent.
SECTION III

LEADER OF THE OPPOSITION

HOUSE OF COMMONS
LONDON SW1A 0AA
Should a person commit FRA, that person will be sentenced to a maximum of two weeks
HM Prison. That person can also be exiled from all of their positions in public office, public
service, and/or the military if the MoJ judge presiding over the case decides to do so.
Only a Ministry of Justice judge can determine whether or not a person has truly
committed FRA and hand out the punishment for doing so. If a person wishes to
appeal their FRA conviction, they may do so via the Ministry of Justice. That person
must have credible evidence to do so.
PARAGRAPH FROM THE REPRESENTING MP
This act will clear up confusion about going rogue, as well as set a standard for the
definition and punishment of going rogue, as well as the act of falsely accusing someone of
going rogue.
