Lecturer/ Assistant Professor and Rs. 3000/- for Associate Professor/Professor drawn in favour of
the Treasurer, Punjab University, should be returned to the Registrar, University of the Punjab,
Room No. 19, Admin Block, Quaid-e-Azam Campus (New Campus) Lahore, not later than the
prescribed date. Persons already in employment should submit their applications through proper
channel; otherwise their Applications will not be entertained.
(2) Please answer each question clearly and completely. The application must be signed by the
applicant.
(3) Use additional sheets, if necessary.
(4) Attested copies of Certificates should be submitted with the application.
(5) Canvassing in any form will disqualify the applicant.
