INDIAN BANKS ASSOCIATION

Indian Banks Association (IBA) is a voluntary association of banks with members

from Public Sector, Private Sector, Foreign and Co-operative Banks in India and
functions as a think tank for banks in the matters of concern for the whole banking
industry.
The Association invites application for the post of Managers(Total 10) & Vice Presidents
(Total 2) from Serving/Ex-Officers of Public Sector Banks in the Grade of Scale I & II
for Managers and Scale III & IV for Vice Presidents or equivalent post in Private Sector
Banks/Financial Institutions for the positions in various Departments, viz., Banking
Operations/ Retail Banking / Banking Technology / Social Banking / Legal / HR&IR/
Accounts & Administration/Research & Statistics Department of the Association.

Job Profile: Candidates are expected to have a thorough knowledge in the relevant field
of banking.
Terms and Conditions:
Position

(1) Managers and (2) Vice Presidents

Qualification

Degree/PG from a recognized University.

Experience

Atleast 5 years experience in PSBs/Private Sector

Banks/Financial Institutions.

Age

Maximum of 45 years (as on 28th March, 2016).

Emoluments

MANAGERS: Basic Pay range of 23,800 - 56,800.

In addition, DA, HRA, Conveyance Allowance, Telephone
Allowance and Annual Leave Travel Allowance, Medical Aid
and Annual Performance Incentive are payable.
The total
emoluments per annum at the minimum of the pay scale is
5,72,542/- and at maximum of the pay scale is 11,70,898/Superannuation benefits, viz., Gratuity,
Leave Encashment
and CPF/EPS as per EPF Act, 1952 are also eligible in terms of
IBA Staff Rules. IBA does not have quarter facilities for the
staff and only HRA is payable.
VICE PRESIDENTS: Basic Pay range of 33,500 - 69,500.
In addition, DA, HRA, Conveyance Allowance, Telephone
Allowance and Annual Leave Travel Allowance, Medical Aid
and Annual Performance Incentive are payable. The total
emoluments per annum at the minimum of the pay scale is
8,45,422/- and at maximum of the pay scale is 14,98,174/-.
Superannuation benefits, viz., Gratuity, Leave Encashment
and PF/EPS as per EPF Act, 1952 are also eligible in terms of
IBA Staff Rules. IBA does not have quarter facilities for
the staff and only HRA is payable.

Probation

Mode of Application:

For a period of one year. Will be absorbed as permanent staff of

IBA on confirmation of Service.
