Stand at barrier, entrance to forest/GAA lane and direct runners


to continue on the road

Stand at entrance to Emo Court and direct runners to veer left to


continue on road.

Slow traffic and guide runners/walkers to make left turn into


the forest

Stand at corner and guide runners to turn right to head back on


pathway to main road

Guide runners across the road into Emo Court, beware of traffic
exiting Emo Court and traffic from behind

Blind spot here. H1 stand on blind spot corner near carpark


and H2 stand at top of exit lane, stopping traffic for runners to
go through

Three stewards here J1 stand at corner of building as traffic


comes into car park, blind spot here for runners coming around
the corner, J2 stand at the top of Emo Court entrance as runners
pass, slow or stop traffic to let by, J3 stand in front of Emo
House, facing the house and directing runners to go to right
down the narrow path in front of Emo House

Guide runners back up towards the grounds of Emo Court, may


need a cone here to stop cutting corner

Stand on corner and direct runners back down the main


pedestrian avenue to exit Emo Court to Wellingtonia Avenue
away from house

Guide runners/walkers across the road, back into the woods,


slow traffic from both directions

right and N2 to control and slow traffic, there is a blind spot on
the corner here for traffic.

JJ Stapleton will be cycling behind the last runner/walker, so when he passes you know everyone
is through.
Reminder for stewards to wear hi-vis. All stewards are required to wear hi-vis
As the finish line refreshments are not in Emo GAA as usual, there will need to be clean up at the
finish line, if anyone is available, after they are finished stewarding, can they help out here.
