Observaciones:
En ingls oral, a lot of tambin puede ser utilizado en frases interrogativas y
negativas:
Have you got a lot of books? // We havent got a lot of time.

Little y Few
Para empezar, hay que tener en cuenta que las palabras "Little" y ""Few" se
emplean para expresar cantidades pequeas, al contrario que "Much", "Many" y "A
lot of".
El uso de estas dos palabras para indicar cantidades pequeas de ciertos
sustantivos est determinado por su naturaleza singular o plural.
"Little" (poco, poca) se est refiriendo a sustantivos singulares e incontables.
"Few" (pocos, pocas) hacemos referencia a sustantivos en plural y contables.
Cabe sealar que en ambos casos puede ir precedido por el artculo determinado

mejor que nada o que es ms de lo que se espera
FEW AND LITTLE
Little: Empleamos little con sustantivos singulares (normalmente incontables
pero no siempre)
Few: Empleamos few con sustantivos plural.

Some: Se puede usar some para frases afirmativas.
Some es universal y se puede usarla con contables e incontables.
Any: Se usa any en frases interrogativas o en frases negativas.
