Management .In -charge of large LEPCC Petrochemical Project of OPal
of 100 to 200 CR with dedicated team, responsible and accountable for
all aspects from Basic Engg to Commissioning .Executed overseas
LSTK Projects by supplying entire Hydrogen Plant to Australia (BHP
Billiton) in record time of 14 Months. Recently supplied a MODULAR
Charge Heater to JGCS in Vietnam with in challenging schedule of 12
months. Prior to EPC Projects large number of Detail engineering
Project like DHDT,CDU,VDU, H2 ,HYCO are being handled both from
Domestic and International clients like Essar, GNFC, ONGC, Air
Products, Exxon Mobil, BHP Billiton, JGCS ,TOTAL FINA, BASF etc.
Skills in liaising with internal departments and external authority such as
consultants, contractors, and Government authorities for seamless
operation and timely completion of project .A team leader with strong

Setting up Technip Modular Manufacturing Yard at Dahej at Water Front

Assume over all responsibilities starting from selection / acquisition of land from GIDC,
approval from various Government Authorities like GMB, MOeF etc. Finalization of
various consultants, agencies, vendors and contractors, preparation of various project
reports required for Ministry, giving representation to various Govt. Bodies for smooth
execution and timely completion of entire project.

Supply of Charge Heater to JGCS for NSRP Complex in Vietnam

Assume overall responsibilities starting from Engineering , Developing modular
design , Finalization of schedule , making strategies while finalization the contractors ,
identifying the location near port for assembly the Heater , close monitoring of
vendors ,contractors progress including movements of material to vendors shops and
Port ,Packing, logistic of ODC consignment ,custom clearance for seamless execution
and meeting the dead line of ship birth date . This Heater was delivered completely in
Modular Form within 12 months from Adani HAZIRA Port.

Being LEPCC Project (License, Engineering ,Procurement ,Construction
Commissioning) the responsibilities includes from delivering the BDEP Package ,timely
completion of engineering , ordering ,finalization of sub contracts , monitoring the
construction and contractor progress closely , Pre commissioning activities , Reporting
to client and MGMT , Cost control , implementation of HSE standards at site, change
management for timely completion of entire Project .

Supply of Hydrogen Plant for BHP Billiton Australia , Perth

Responsibilities includes starting from finalization of contract as proposal manager and
thereafter executing the entire Project FOB with in RECORD time of 14 Months.
Assume full responsibilities starting from Engg phase, finalization of various modules,
routes survey Ordering& supplying the materials, Change management, finalization of
Contactor place near port to fabricate the entire Plant and erect it on Temporary
foundations so that also all instrumentation and electrical works shall be done prior to
Pre commissioning and thereafter dismantle in modules as designed and ship to
Australia. Ensuring the compliance of all material, HSE AQIS and Packing requirement.
The entire plant was shipped in three charted ships from ESSAR HAZIRA Port.
