Working lunch
Truffles serves up a stylish
way to network and
entertain your guests

F
ROM its humble origins as a farmyard stable,
a historic 19th century barn at Rookery Manor
has been transformed into the elegant and stylish
Truffles Restaurant.
The converted barn was once home to farm workers
and shire horses that worked the land and pulled the
carriages of the late great-grandfather of current owner,
Ian Clapp.
Today, the building has been turned into a beautiful
conservatory restaurant and lounge bar that can also be
used as a conference suite with seating for up to 40 guests
or delegates.
Head chef George Miles and his team will cater for
groups of eight or more at a business lunch, serving a
wide range of dishes, such as those featured in the sample
menu below.
The restaurant is also open to the public for dinner
from 6pm to 9.15pm – making it the perfect spot to
socialise in your spare time as well as an impressive place
to network and entertain your guests.
