I am MBA student of J.J.C.E.T. sanchalit MBA
college n.r. vekariya institute of business management.
Faculty and this subject. According to rules of
Gujarat technological university every student of MBA has to
take industrial visit and prepre report. The main aim of this
visit is to get practical knowledge and experience about the
various aspects of management.

I was visiting max Precision bearing Pvt. Ltd. My


industrial visit has been arranged for 2 weeks.

Establishment and history of unit:Max Precision bearing Pvt. Ltd. established in 1992. It is
an iso-9001:2008 certified company. Manufacturing of all type
of antifriction rolling bearing and its components in India. It is
located near junagadh city of Gujarat state.

We believe that producing product is not accident. It is


always a result of intelligent effort and persistence. Therefore at
Max Precision bearing Pvt. Ltd. all bearings are produced
confirming to either customer requirements of quality standards
such as iso, din, afbma. Flexible manufacturing system and
ability specification are the Core strength of max.

Product of company:Company produce qualitative product the main product of the


company is mango pulps. The company produce mainly three
types of the product as define under :types of product

Mango juice
Mango pulp

Product life cycle :Product life cycle stage are four types :1) marketing introduction stage
2) growth stage
3) maturity stage
4) saturation and decline stage
Introductory stage :A period of slow sale growth as the product is introduce in the
market profit are not existence because of havy expenses of
product incurred in introduction stage.
Growth:After entry of product next stage is known as growth stage. In
these stage a period of rapid market exceptance and profit
improvement.
Maturity:A slow down sales growth because product has achieved
expectance by most potential buyers. Profit will be stabilized or
decline because of increases in competition that known is
saturation.
Decline:This is the last stage of every product life cycle in this stage
sales are going dawn and firm hasto re-modify or replace the
product.

The product life cycle concern the life of a product in the


market with respect to business sales measures. The product life

cycle proceeds through multiple phases, involves many


professional disciplines and required many skills tools and
processes. PLC management makes the following three
assumption.
Product sales pass through distinct stages, each posing
different challenges, opportunities, and problem to the
seller.

recruitment and selection process :Recruitment had been regarded as to be most important
function of personal management. It is very essential for an
industrial concern.
Recruitment is the process of searching the right person at
right time for right place stimulating and encouraging them to
apply for job in an organisation. There are mainly three types of
method of recruitment as follows
1.direct method
2.indirect method
3.third party method
Company use following process for recruitment :Requisition of employees
Identification of the source of recruitment
Invitation to interested people
Preparing the list of deserving applicants
selection :Selection process is complex process. Selection process
depends as per the job requirement. For higher level candidate,
selection procedure is difficult as compared to lower level
candidates. Because the present and future of the organisation is
dependent upon the level employees.

compensation management of max:The mainly two types of compensation wages and salary
Money is a one of the powerful motivation behind any work of
activity. it is in the firm of wages and salary in the company.
Salary is the compensation. employees received in return for his
contribution in organisation. While wages are compensation on
labour receives in the return of their contribution.
Worker or labour may get wages by two bases
1.time wage rate system
2.piece wage rate system
Max Precision bearing Pvt. Ltd. has special system for
wages and salary in 7 & 8 date of month it is paid salary about
rs.5800 to 10000 for workers and for administration staff 7000 to
rs. 15000 salary per month.

4. Management information system


Understanding MIS Of organization :A management information system (MIS) is a
computerized database of financial information organized

and programmed in such a way that it produces regular


reports on operations for every level of management in a
company.
Management Information Systems (MIS) is the study
of people, technology, and organizations. All you need is an
interest in technology and the desire to use technology to
improve people's lives. Many people think that MIS is all
programming. However, programming is just a small part of
our curriculum and there are many, many jobs in MIS where
you do not program.
MIS students learn how businesses use information to
improve the companys operations. Students also learn how
to manage various information systems so that they best
serve the needs of managers, staff and customers. MIS
students learn how to create systems for finding andstoring
data and they learn about computer databases, networks,
computer security, and lots more.

finance, production, marketing and h.r. function

mis system for department. Like for accounting department
company used the tally and other inventory record software for
function of account.
Company have internet connection system in plant.
For marketing department company use the internet website for
marketing and sales a product. In production company have latest
system for production company has computer which work
automatically work and when the interruption arise then computer
inform. Etc. management information system used by the
company.

5.Quantative analysis
1) On the Data tab, in the Analysis group, click Solver. If
the Solver command or the Analysis group is not available, you
need to load the Solver Add-in program.
2) In the Set Objective box, enter a cell reference or name for the
objective cell. The objective cell must contain a formula.
3) Do one of the following:
a. If you want the value of the objective cell to be as large as
possible, click Max.
b. If you want the value of the objective cell to be as small as
possible, click Min.
4) In the By Changing Variable Cells box, enter a name or reference
for each decision variable cell range. Separate the nonadjacent
references with commas. The variable cells must be related directly
or indirectly to the objective cell. You can specify up to 200
variable cells.
5) In the Subject to the Constraints box, enter any constraints that
you want to apply by doing the following:

a. In the Solver Parameters dialog box, click Add.


b. In the Cell Reference box, enter the cell reference or name of
the cell range for which you want to constrain the value.
c. Click the relationship ( <=, =, >=, int, bin, or dif ) that you want
between the referenced cell and the constraint
d. If you choose <=, =, or >= for the relationship in
the Constraint box, type a number, a cell reference or name, or
a formula.
e. Do one of the following
To accept the constraint and add another, click Add.
To accept the constraint and return to
Parameters dialog box, click OK

the Solver

6) Click Solve and do one of the following:


a. To keep the solution values on the worksheet, in
the Solver Results dialog box, click Keep Solver
Solution.
b. To restore the original values before you clicked Solve,
click Restore Original Values.
c. You can interrupt the solution process by pressing
ESC. Microsoft Excel recalculates the worksheet
with the last values that are found for the decision
variable cells.
d. To create a report that is based on your solution after
Solver finds a solution, you can click a report type in
the Reports box and then click OK. The report is
created on a new worksheet in your workbook. If
Solver doesn't find a solution, only certain reports or
no reports are available.
e. To save your decision variable cell values as a scenario
that you can display later, click Save Scenario in

theSolver Results dialog box, and then type a name for


the scenario in the Scenario Name box.

6. Findings
company has good reputation in market.
Max Precision bearing Pvt. Ltd. organized one meeting
Participate management called workes committee, but most of the
employees do not know about that meeting and those who know
about meeting, they unknown about who are that members of
works committee from workers side.
max company provide different types of the facilities to the
employees like provident funds, 30 year's lives per year, medical
facility, dearness allowance, free bus service, free internet loan,
training to the employee, etc. So that employee get motivation and
they will performing well.

7. Suggestions
Employers and workers should agree on the objective of the
industry. They should be recognize and respect the rights and
obligation of each other.
Stronge, enlighted and truly represent trade union should
recognize in each industrial unit to represent the workers.
Workers ans representative should be provided education and
training in the philosophy and process of participative
management. Workers should made aware of the benefits of
participation.
Company should advertise his product in market.

8. Conclusion
As the conclusion I would like to say that Max
Precision bearings Pvt. Ltd. Has a very reputation in the field of
manufacturing of bearings in the national as well as international
market. Ball bearings, the products of the company being an
important part in most of the machine and appliances. Company
has very bright future.
Companys whole staff is working with the full
responsibility. Companys workers are not connected with any

union activities so company does not face any labour problems


each workers is satisfied with the facilities provided by the
company and hence, relation between employees and management
are cordial.
