PRIVATE CANDIDATE
GUIDELINES REGARDING ENTRY FOR EXAMINATIONS
A private candidate is one who is at least 18 years of age and has extensive (5 years plus) work experience in
the related occupational area or at least a Level I certificate in the occupational area and recommended by a
qualified practitioner to obtain Level II certification.
The following documents must be attached to this form:
2 passport size pictures certified by the recommender
A letter of Recommendation from present/past employer certifying your work experience/copy of your
Level I certificate/equivalent
The official receipt for payment of fees with the name of the course written at the back.
A copy of the birth certificate with affidavit (where necessary)
Deadline for submission of application with receipt: Friday 22nd November, 2013
