Dear All,
In accordance with the announcement in the lecture on Wednesday 6 April, this
notice confirms that Consumer Credit will not be an assessable topic studied in the
Australian Commercial Law (LAW4198) course in Semester 1, 2016.
A revised version of the Reading Guide updated to reflect this amendment has been
uploaded to Moodle on 8 April 2016 entitled Australian Commercial Law Reading
Guide 2016 (v.2).
