NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
PAYMENT OF INTEREST ON EQUITY AMOUNT PER SHARE

MULTIPLAN EMPREENDIMENTOS IMOBILIRIOS S.A. (Company) hereby gives

notice to shareholders and to the market that, due to changes in the number of
Companys treasury shares, the amounts per share referent to the payment of interest
on shareholders equity approved at the meeting of the Companys Board of Directors,
held on June 27th, 2016, have been adjusted, being the gross amount per share from
R$ 0.50496447854 to R$ 0.50483030940, and the net amount from R$ 0.42921980676
to R$ 0.42910576299 per share.
The abovementioned payment, totaling the gross amount of R$ 95,000,000.00, will be
made up to May 31st, 2017. Shareholders registered in the Companys books on June
30th, 2016 will be entitled to receive the payment of interest on shareholders equity.
The Companys shares shall be traded ex interests as of July 1st, 2016.
