Meeting Minutes for 4/12

Design Team Contract


1. Discussion of group roles
a. Tyler -- In charge of maintaining a bill of materials, submitting the bill of materials,
and keeping inventory of all materials relevant to this project.
b. Leslie -- In charge of being facilitator, moderator, and rubric queen.
c. Shelby -- In charge of keeping meeting minutes, as well as take a lead role on the
design notebook.
d. Yusef -- In charge of networking, resources, and labour.
2. Communication we have decided that our main method of communication will be through
Slack
3. Meetings
a. Agenda will be posted in Slack at least 24 hours in advance
b. Scheduled meetings are 4/18 and 4/26. These will be 30 minutes after the
scheduled class time.
c. At the 4/26 meeting, we will determine dates for remaining meetings. These may be
in person or virtually.
4. Conduct
a. We will be non-judgmental and professional.
b. The key here is respect.
5. Conflict
a. Professional and polite
b. Anonymous vote can be used to settle disputes if a clear decision cannot be reached
c. Dr. Rambo can be mediator for serious disputes.

We finished the contract, printed it, signed it, and Shelby will submit to Moodle.

The next meeting will be Monday, April 18it will occur for 30 minutes after the scheduled
classes in Demorest. Agenda items will include possible project ideas.
