APPETIZER

1 (8 oz. or 12 oz.) pkg. cream cheese


Cocktail sauce
1 c. shrimp
Crackers
Unwrap either an 8 or 12 ounce package of Philadelphia cream cheese. Generously
pour on enough cocktail sauce to cover. Pour on the shrimp (1 cup). Serve with
crackers and smile. Delightfully simple, a dynamite dish!

DIP

1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. horseradish
1/8 tsp. salt
2 to 3 drops tabasco
1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 sm. can shrimp, drained and chopped
Mix all ingredients and serve with crackers.

SAUCE

3/4 c. chili sauce


2-4 tbsp. lemon juice
1-2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. grated onion
Dash Tabasco sauce
Combine all ingredients, salt to taste and chill.

1 tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. wine
1/2 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. cocktail sauce
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans sm. shrimp
Soften gelatin in wine. Add boiling water and stir to dissolve gelatin. Add lemon
juice and cocktail sauce. Pour into 9 inch pan and arrange shrimp in rows. Allow to
get until firm. Serve on crackers.
