We published three update reports this week: We recommended buy on HT1, Market
Perform on TLG and Outperform on VNM
Now we are preparing to support in ISB for the Vietnam Access Day. We will give
masterclasses, moderate panels and make speeches.

We are meeting with Local Brokerage and ISB this afternoon to discuss improvements in
service and continue to work with IT to redesign our report templates

- In Hanoi, we had a visitor - An Phat plastic company last month, in my opinion, this
company is quite good, and we already had a script report of this company and Id like to
send this report to RS department to write a new report.
7. Investment Banking Department HCMC Phng Ngn hng u t - HCM
- Vietjet: we are repairing the listing prospectus for the company, collating to completed by
early of Mar
- Becamex: in a process of organizing the employee committee to disclose about policy of
equitization to employee company.
- Volvo: seller is pressing for higher offer. We are now convincing the client to keep the
existing offer of buyer.
- Thu Dau Mot Water: completing the explanation documents to SSC regarding public
registration and also submitting documents to VSD for reviewing.
- Ruby project, that is the merger of 2 plastic companies (Binh Minh plastic & Da Nang
plastic), in the process of valuation to determine conversion ratio.
- Ha Tien 1: proposal regarding Esop replacement to distributor and dividend stock
- PV Oil: continue to updating equitization plan
- Vista: IM Sent to 3 local partners already
- Satra: also had official letter to steering board regarding choosing VCSC as adviser.
- Dofico: Auction completed company report to PC Dong Nai regarding the result
- Gas CNG: On going
- Kyvy: assisting company in SPA
- Vissan: assisting in Q&A to investor, next week we have a management meeting with this
company
