Acrylic painting of students favorite animal
What is the relative advantage of using the technology in
this lesson?
Using a power point presentation with an attached video clip
would help students see the different ways to blend and use
acrylic paint.

Describe phase 2- Implementing activities you would do
to use this lesson in your classroom:
Students would first learn about the primary and secondary colors as
well as the grey scale and would be asked to paint all of these colors
What are the objectives
Completing square samples of the primary colors, a color wheel
of both primary and secondary colors and a bar sample of the
grey scale
How will you assess your students accomplishment of
the objective?
if the colors were used and mixed correctly and also the
gradation of the grey scale.
How would you prepare the learning environment?
Showing the students examples before we got started, also
sitting down with them in a group and doing a demonstration of
mixing the colors and also creating a grey scale.

Describe the phase 3 Evaluation/ revision activities you
would do to use this lesson in your classroom: what strategies
and/or instrument would you use to evaluate the success of
this lesson in your classroom, in order to determine revision
needs?
I would check to see how well the students were able to remember
their primary and secondary colors and also based off their bar
paintings of the grey scale how well they understand it.

This lesson is for students in 9th grade or higher, this lesson will touch
on the topic or painting with Acrylic paints. Students will first watch a
power point presentation about acrylic paint and then witness a
demonstration conducted by me on the primary and secondary colors
and the grey scale.
