Sir,
Sub:- Request for allocation in Audit Circle Chandigarh-I or Chandigarh-II regarding.
It is submitted that in ICT 2016-17 I have been transferred to n
Central Excise Division, Audit vide Estt. Order No. 55/2014 issued vide C No.II3(9)ET.I/2013/1453- 1462 dated 02/06/2014 and further allocated /transferred to
Audit Circle Jalandhar vide Establishment Order No 02/2016 dated 29/04/2016
issued by the Deputy Commissioner (Personnel).
In this regard I would like to draw your kind attention towards my personal
problems that :

1 My son is studying in Class XII/ (+II) and his education is at

crucial stage and needs my continuous presence and guidance.
2 My wife is also suffering from diabetes and BP.
3 It is also pertinent to mention here that my Chandigarh tenure has
not been completed so far as I joined C. Ex & S. Tax Division,
Mohali last year (i.e. during May, 2015) in compliance to AGT order
2015-16 from C. Ex & S. Tax Division, Ropar.
In view of above, my family needs my presence at home and being
transferred to Audit Circle Jalandhar I would not be in a position to
discharge my duties. Therefore, it is requested that I may please be allocated
Audit Circle Chandigarh-I or Chandigarh-II so that I look after my family
and discharge my duties properly.

which as one year at now I am facing problems in discharging my duties
towards family. In this regard it is submitted that
