Greetings!
In line with the Ateneo Fiesta activities, the Law School Student Organization (or name
SoLSA here) would like to propose that the organization be allowed to host a food festival on the
evening of December 3, 2015 at the roof deck (tama ba?) of the Sauras Building (ano specific
name noon). This food festival aims to give the Ateneans an appreciation of the various food
offerings available within our City and would complement this years theme of _____. - that beyond
the diversity we remain to be one community within the City.
To facilitate the festival, we plan to invite various restauranteurs within the city to set up a
station at Sauras Building (Ano specific name ng sauras), where the students can sit down and
enjoy the various offerings of these exhibitors. We shall be charging P3,000.00 for the space
occupied by these food stations and P10.00 per person as entrance fee. The fees collected from
this activity wil be used by the School to fund its 2016 Bar Operations. Attached is the list of the
restauranteurs we plan to invite to the festival and the preliminary floor plan of the roof deck should
such activity push through.
